The hotel was in the immediate area of an event I was attending overnight. Good, basic accommodation. No complaints.

I checked in and to go to the bathroom , but my room gad no toilet paper. I called the front desk and was told she would bring immediately, but 10 minutes no tp, so I called again reiterating I need to go to the bathroom. Few minutes she came I took the tp and also said there were no Hangers. She responded but I closed the door she was still talking so I opened the door and was greeted with that was rude closing the door as she was talking. I said as I said before I really have to go the bathroom. After finishing I went to wash my hands and found no soap nor hand towels. There was 2 bath towels and one wash cloth. No shampoo either. I decided not take a shower. I called the front the next morning and told them about the above. Also the parking and walkway by the doors to the rooms was a 4 foot strech of ice and snow which I had manage being handicapped.
