Shower drain was clogged; the range hood was in disrepair and had a piece hanging. Overall the room looked worn. The only positive thing I can say is the bedsheets were clean.and desk staff were friendly

The room Smelled the staff was lazy rude and useless stayed 13 days requested housekeeping 7 times never received anything not 1 cleaning U have to take out your own trash they don’t do it. Itinerary stated free breakfast and no breakfast at place. Parking lot was horrible barely plowed. Only stay there if you’re homeless and have no other place to go.

I work night shift at a hospital and needed to stay local in between shifts due to the weather. I was booked for 2 nights (I had to in order to sleep during the day) and they canceled my reservation bc I didnt check in until the morning after work. So I lost money for my 2 nights and had to pay for a 2bdrm loft in order to sleep. The room was 55 degrees and the upstairs where it warmed up faster, had hair all over the bed, pillows, and nightstand. When I spoke with the front desk person, she just kept telling me sorry, but I should feel lucky they had a room for me at all, and an upgraded one at that. I paid for the more expensive room and actually a whole other room too. I didn't feel lucky to be in a room that was so cold that I had to wait hours to sleep because it took that long to get warm in my sweatshirt, sweatpants, and coat. Nor, not be able to go sleep in the one bed upstairs that was actually warm because she could not come change the bed and there was no housekeeping there. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this place to anyone! Worst hotel experience I have ever had!

My first room was supposed to be a double queen and it looked terrible and smelled of smoke before i even got settled. I went down to the desk and asked to switch room in which they told me they didn’t have the availability. So i went down to a king studio suite and that room was slightly better. Also was shocked they didn’t have a breakfast too. Overall it was okay for a one night but anything over that i would stay somewhere else…

Staff were nice. The suite was so dirty: floors were sticky and turned my light colored socks brown, and a drywall screw and drywall dust were on the floor in the bathroom. The floor lamp was plugged into an outlet under the couch that wasn’t working. When we moved the couch to get to the outlet there was so much dust, leaves, and dirt. There were no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. The fan over the oven couldn’t be turned off. There were three power outlets without covers.

Upon checking in, the woman at the front desk was very cold and seemed inconvenienced by us. When we got to our room, there was not only no bed skirt on the bed, but the bathroom didn't have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or lotion. Additionally, the bathtub was urine stained and the sheer curtains on the window closest to our bed were shredded and tattered. While the bed was comfortable, we would have rather spent our money at another hotel given how poorly accommodated we felt.

Let's start here: The clerk at the desk was bored, indifferent and could really care less about the customers trying to check in. Overtly clinical and not about to answer anything she deemed un-necessary. The room - C'mon... No TP, Mouse trap & Bug Traps visible. Weak floor in Bathroom, Coffee Grounds - No Cups (had Lids tho!), take 2 flushes to clear the commode. well stained carpet... This would have been a great deal @ 49.99 per night - NOT what I had to pay and use points to get it at THAT price.... I do NOT recommend this place at all if you are expecting what the name implies (Something better than a roadside inn).

Although most of the staff was polite, I felt like management was more interested in pacifying me than actually resolving the issues. My stay started off with a fruit fly problem, which I ultimately resolved myself by purchasing traps from Walmart. The much bigger issue was the Internet. My connection speed was consistently less than 1 Mbps, and the quality was rated as “very poor.” Instead of taking ownership, the manager repeatedly told me, “No one else has reported issues with the Internet,” as if that was supposed to make the problem feel acceptable or make me go away. He did connect me with the ISP, but they simply said the issue had been “escalated” and that someone would call me back — no one ever did. This went on for six straight days. Eventually, the manager agreed to release me from the final eight days of my reservation so I could find another hotel. Overall, the experience left me feeling dismissed rather than helped. While the staff was kind, the management’s approach to problem-solving needs serious improvement.

The best thing about this property was the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. The room was okay. Didn't expect much giving the rate. The bed was extremely hard. Not comfortable at all. The room was clean but not very welcoming. Bathroom was bare bones. Shower curtain was beyond due to be retired. Overall I'd say it's a decent room for a night's stay but not much more than that.

Door was not opening when we checked in. Had to walk all the way around hotel to look for room number and they asked us to come back to front desk to collect another key for another room. Will not recommend.

I don’t know if it was just my building (2) but had no working heat, no hot water anytime I tried to shower and the WiFi would turn off every 30 minutes or so while I was trying to do work on a computer, had to use my phone hotspot which eventually ran out with my plan. If you need someone where to sleep and that’s all the beds are comfortable that’s the only good thing I can say
