Entire facility is filthy, stinks. Common bathroom and the main floor had no toilet paper holder nor paper. Inside bathroom door handle broke and had what looked like a metal coat hanger as a doorknob.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes and old carpet, a very loud fight broke out between a couple, there were some hard blows exchanged, and to top it all off, there was no water in the hotel for four hours. It was awful.

Our stay was just ok.... maintenance was lacking and highway noise was an issue for us. Proximity to the highway (I-71) is a plus, as well. This is a convenient location.

This was the second to worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The hotel was not clean with dust piles in the hall was along with dirt and debris as if the the hallways weren’t vacuumed or walls washed in weeks. The room seemed damp and you could see the piles of dust, hair and particulars on the floor. When I looked at the bed you could see that it may not have been kept nor cleaned (walls headboard wiped down). There were piles of hair, dead bugs in webs and used confers underneath the headboard. Disgusting! I walked out and demanded my money back!

The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky, and the attendant was rude, along with housekeeping. They're banging on the door and sitting outside the door, waiting for me to come outside.0

I booked through this site and selected pay at property. We drove 3 hours to get there went to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled. I asked why and I was told they ran my card prior to me being at the property and it was declined so my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why they used my card without my permission or without me present but it’s fraud. We then tried to book another room there and they tried to charge me $50 more for a new reservation.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting and very rundown. The experience was awful. We booked this hotel online and paid in full on the way there, which was a HUGE mistake. I had my two children with me. We reached the hotel, and it smelled awful in the parking lot like sour feces. The pool had green water with 5 foot high weeds growing out of the center of it. We walked inside the hotel, and the ladies’ room was disgusting and garbage everywhere. There are people walking in the parking lot and in the lobby without shoes on and outside pushing shopping carts. No one speaks English. It was very sketchy. The front desk clerk does nothing but check you in. If you have a problem, you have to call “Neil” the manager that is not on site. He is rude and disrespectful. We asked for our money back so that we could go elsewhere, and he flat out refused. We told him that we didn’t feel safe and that his hotel was not up to standards in terms of cleanliness. He would not provide a refund for that night, but would supposedly provide one for the two other nights that we were supposed to stay. It was late, we had no choice but to stay. We had to be up early and my pockets aren’t without limits. Big mistake. Rooms smell like weed, blankets are stained, dead bugs on the floor, ceilings caving in above the shower, hair on the floors, air fresheners taped into the corners of the elevators and lobby. He did not provide a refund and I am contesting. Gross ANYWHERE but here.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the toilet that kept running for 10 seconds every 5 minutes (good luck if you get put into room 112). People were also vaping in the hotel, as there was a very strong odor of it whenever I used the bathroom and going out into the hallway. Great hot breakfast.

This hotel was not good. Every time we were in the lobby there were guests with big issues, one even had their room reservation cancelled on them at like 11pm because their room was apparently just not cleaned for them to stay in. The front desk staff don’t handle any issues, instead they call some guy on speaker phone and he talks to the guest directly. We didn’t have a remote for our tv and were told someone would bring one up but that never happened. Also, I’m not convinced the phones in the rooms actually work to call down to the front desk. Our towels had stains, our shower curtain looked like it had never been washed and the toilet seemed to be falling apart. 100% will never step foot in this hotel again

This property was not up to comfort inn standards. Stayed two nights and had an issue with the room. Management would not accommodate us in taking care of the situation. Blew off a good paying customer. No compensation given for the inconvenience. Needs alot of updates. Don't waste your time booking this hotel. More interested in filling the rooms up then taking care of the paying customers. Very very disappointed in how they went about trying to solve the problem. I will never book with this hotel again.

Bathroom when you came into lobby something I never seen before. Had walk back out the smell. We called the desk no one answers. We needed a shuttle to the airport and no driver to take us. We had to call Uber. The reason we got the reservation because had to be at the airport 3am. I will never stay at a Comport Inn again
