I like my room for the most part. It was huge, clean, and comfortable. I liked Dianna and Lilly at the front desk, its a better place to stay, for what I wanted. No roaches, no mice, no bad smells.
I didn't like being treated horribly once they found out my pet was a kitten. The website says pet friendly. Not dog friendly which is all they allow, dogs. I didn't like being asked to leave in one of the coldest winters with my kids, kitten, & health issues. I didn't like being treated like nothing when I was asked to leave for my kitten. I had 2 months worth of stuff in there, and it was no one but me moving out, it took time. Sorry, I was not at a 100 health wise, I was cold, I was alone, never offered any help, but treated like someone off the street. They say free Wi-Fi. Didn't have it my entire stay. The closet doors couldn't slide, it was vroke when I checked in. The broke door constantly fell. It was a mess. And when I told them I'm cold, I'm tired, I literally can't lift anything else, I was told they were keeping my deposit & putting me on a no rent list. That wasn't what should've happened. Jeremy the General Manager, & Sheila the front desk worker are horrible humans, and that sucked.

We went to check in , the staff member at the desk , Andrew , said we had no reservation. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was super unprofessional. He kept making us stand to the side so he could help other people instead of looking into things for us. He was making comments aloud to other customers there regarding ‘if people gave the correct information maybe we could find it ‘. He answered the phone from the booking representative and kept placing her on hold rather than just telling her that he didn’t have a room for us , delaying us being able to leave and go find another place to stay. I had to call booking a second time because he said he didn’t have access to see the email booking sent to the hotel to verify our reservation. It was a nightmare.

I liked that it is dog friendly and the pet friendly rooms you have stairs leading up to your room and down so it’s easier to take your dog to the bathroom. My bed was comfortable.
Nothing worked in my room! I was excited when I walked into the room because it had a fireplace but it DID NOT WORK and some of the lights didn’t work and the TOILET and plumbing didn’t work. The toilet would not flush at all even with nothing in it and they didn’t have maintenance that they could call and fix the plumbing or fireplace or anything so that was super super disappointing considering you pay full price for your room and amenities and nothing worked and don’t get a discount or a free nights stay offered in a room that everything actually works and I had a phone in my room but NO phone cord to call the front desk.

The comfort and staff. Both were great.
I only have one complaint. The bathroom could have been a little more clean. The floor definitely had not been swept nor the surfaces wiped very well.

The location and how close it was to the IX Center.
When we first checked into room 622 there was someone else in the room. We returned to the front desk and told the agent, and she seemed dumfounded. Then we received keys for 1122 and drove to that building. Upon entering that building we found a letter tapped to the door about the city turning the water off. Went inside to find the room completely dismantled and beds not even made up. We went back down to the front desk and told the desk clerk. She said sometimes we forget the signs on the doors, did you at least go into the room? Almost as if to state we were lying. Yes, we went into the room. I said we found the couch flipped, beds stripped, and garbage by the nightstands.
Finally, she moved us to a new room after two bad experiences. Moved the vehicle for the second time to enter room 422. When going into the room the lights were all on. No problem room was clean, and dining chairs were up on the table. Thats when I decided to walk around. The furnace cover was not on covering the furnace and you could reach your hand into the furnace and get burnt if you would have had a child. The cleanliness was less than superb. Not to mention upstairs was an entirely different feeling. The floor had a ton of soft spots around the bed. The bathroom is a complete joke the ceiling in the tub is cracking, and oh not to mention when you sit on the toilet you hear the floor crack beneath you. The toilet leans and upon further investigation the floor is cracked under the toilet, which could cause a major safety concern. I will be reaching out to booking.com with photos of my stay and the concerns I have for this property.

The only thing that saved this trip for me was the staff person that took care of my booking . The process of checking in and confirming my room was hell . The staff member at the front desk was nice , however she doesnt run the company and she did all she can do . I dont think i will ever book here again .
They charged my room before i got there ( which was not apart of the agreement) , then when the charge had an era they canceled my room. I only got a room because another person who was having check in problems canceled their room. Plus they provided me with one towel , that i had to walk all the way to the front office to exchange.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the window was broken with glass shards in the windowsill. The bathroom door was frayed at the bottom and would get jammed. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We had to ask for a plunger and they made us give our ID to get a plunger! There was no hand soap in the room. The towels had hair in them. The room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Worst hotel stay we have ever had.

Convenient location
Upon check in. The desk attendent was doing small talk with an existing client. She did not greet me, or say I'll be with you in a minute. It was like i was not there.
I was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes. I finally interrupted and asked if I can check in. She responded as soon as I am finished with her. The client said no go ahead and check him in, I've got to go to the bathroom..

Staff was friendly close to family and shopping/dining
The room had an odor of previous guests cooking and dirty laundry. The room faces the highway and is extremely close so you could hear all the traffic. Bed covers has stains on them.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location.
The kitchen was not well equipped. Two glasses, a couple of spoons and forks. The carpet was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed or vacuumed with a broken vacuum. One closet door fell down when opened. One toilet broke and ran. To flush this toilet you had to take off the back cover and pull the flapper by hand. Someone who stayed in the unit apparently loved to glue gun, because the table surfaces had glue on them. The ceiling fan didn’t work.
