The staff was friendly, even in the middle of a crisis (the key maker wasn’t working due to power outages). Beds were comfortable. Your typical hotel.

the room was good very clean and comfortable
the breakfast could have been better waffle makers never cleaned gravy pan had the same gravy in it 2 straight days which was just a little bit in the bottom

The hotel was in a decent area. Check in was easy
Rooms were janky. Doors did not seem secure. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and just thrown together. Hotel kept trying to charge my card $50 everyday. Breakfast was terrible if something was out you had to ask numerous times for someone to assist. Juice machine was out the entire stay. Only served water even the milk was never filled. Says they have a workout area that was closed.
