The room was comfortable enough for a one-night stay.

When booking I requested an airport shuttle for pick-up. The property never responded to my request, when I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, but no one ever answered the phone. I ended up arranging my own transport to the hotel. When I tried to schedule the airport shuttle to take me to the airport the next day, I wanted to leave at 4:30 am, but the hotel staff told me it had to be 4am. Later that night, I received a call saying that my shuttle had been moved to 3:30am, when I asked to go later, they told me that the only other option was 5am, but that was a little too late for my flight.

It was close to the airport.

The staff was not friendly. They downgraded my bed size. The room was filthy. I had to clean the toilet. We wouldn't even use the shower. I'll never stay there again.

For what the price was worth . Was very clean , lighting , breakfast. I had a good stay .

It was very clean, the hot breakfast was also good. I was able to get rest well.

Everything was fine, maybe a fresh clean smell. Some halls had a strong Indian spice smell. Besides that , everything was fine. The smell wasn’t so bad but if they can neutralize it even a little bit , air fresheners it’ll help

Cheap easy lodging.

The main lobby is super nice sized and looks great from the outside. The location is great and it is by numerous restaurants.

I stayed in Room 316. Despite the message and sign reading they are under renovations it was still odd to see some discrepancies. The shower curtain bar was bent and loose and the curtain kept sliding down so the floor got drenched. The bed was super low to the ground and it was concaved so my wife and I slump down towards the middle. The sheets were wrinkled and our curtains were stained.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in traveling with the hotel and also using booking.co

Breakfast was just okay. We only ate there once in 5 days.

Our room was filthy. Hair on pillowcases and comforter. Hair in the sink. Yelliw stains on bed sheets. Toliet had urine stains on the seat. We asked for a new room, however, this one also had hair on the pillows and the comforter. In addition, the bottom of our bathtub was dirty. Also, there was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom.At this point, there was nothing that we could do because we booked through booking.com instead of the hotel directly.

Old hotel. Cigarette burn on sheet. No waste basket in room. Had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush. About every 5 minutes the toilet would run for 20-30 seconds. Hair on tub lip. Sink drain super slow.

It met our needs of rest after a long day of travel.

Did not eat at the facility. We arrived by plane into CLE after midnight so no shuttle available. Took Lyft. The bed was comfortable, which was most important.

No Waste basket in bathroom. Liked that the sink was outside of tub & toilet area so both individuals could utilize areas.

The hotel was disgustingly dirty. Cattails growing in the pool. Ejaculation and pubic hair in the entrance to the room. Bed cover was on but bed not made, dirty sheets, filthy bathroom, filthy hallways. Dirty breakfast area, pots were not washed between breakfasts. Broken legs on the desk. I asked for a cleaner room and the room that I was given was personally inspected by staff and it was just as dirty. Bed sheets not washed or made properly, q-tips on the floor, toilet paper not put on. Hallways had not been vacuumed for weeks, filled with garbage and razor heads covers, toothbrush covers, chocolate bar wrappers etc. It was so disgusting trying to sleep at night knowing that the sheets were not clean and there was ejaculation on the floor which was not even cleaned up. The crock pots in the breakfast area were encrusted with days worth of food on the sides of the pots. Every morning the dirty pot was just filled with the next days worth of porridge or sausage and gravy.

I didn't eat the food cause I saw the uncleanness especially at the coffee station. So no I didn't trust the food handling.

Lower standards Hotel but gets the job done.

Cheap hotel in a good location. Once I finally got a clean room, the room was perfectly fine.

The first room I was given clearly wasn't clean and ready, so I went back to the front desk to tell them. They apologized and gave me another room. I went to that room and there was a crusty towel hanging on the shower curtain still and the toilet didn't flush. So I went back to the front desk AGAIN. The 3rd time, the front desk worker went to check out the next room first to make sure it was good. This room ended up being perfectly fine. You can tell this hotel is low in standards by the lack of upkeep throughout. From loads of dirt in the elevator, missing light covers in the elevator ceiling to stained furniture. Some exceptional cleaning never gets done, just enough to keep the place running. Clearly cost cutting ownership. But again, its still enough to get the job done but do not expect a well kept hotel if you come here.

Not very clean, not very updated, tape holding a broken piece of the bed together, chains on locks for door and windows broken off, window off hinge and open - couldn’t close, loud fan had to be on in the bathroom for the light to work, never showered as it wasn’t very welcoming of clean, toilet seat dramatically shifted every time we sat down.

Horrible management, don’t waste your money!!

Nothing at all they scammed us and canceled our stay at 6am the morning of, when we didn’t realize and drove 6 hours to the hotel and we tried checking in they claimed that our credit card declined even though they shouldn’t have ran it because I hit pay at property. And after the money came out of my account they still tried to stay we didn’t pay, and that we needed to rebook when the prices have tripled what we originally payed. This same thing had also happened to 3 other couples in the 30 minutes that we were there. Overall bad experience and the hotel was very trashy just based of the lobby and breakfast area.

Front desk wasn’t helpful at all, and didn’t refund our money. There were multiple people who had the same issues, there only solution was telling people to rebook even though we already paid, they wanted us to pay for another room which rates were up to $700 when originally $200

False advertising re airport shuttle & unclear/outdated info. posted, lack of adequate communication between staff. Front desk was often empty and no one was answering the phone. Staff were rude and I mostly could not understand the older gentleman. Ceilings & closet door was falling apart. I was creeped out by lack of cleanliness, didn’t sleep much & did not take a shower - to dirty in there barely.

So many things were slightly broken. Pool was filled with black water and weeds. Eggs were cold even at 6:15 am. Coffee was not good. Chain on door didn't feel safe. Worst pillows I've ever slept on.

Avoid this Comfort Inn

Location to relatives we were visiting.

Breakfast bar was terribly disappointing. Ran out of eggs, potatoes, sausage by 8:15. Never replaced when asked except for sausages that took 25 more minutes to make. Coffee machine was broken. Room service woke us up at 7:15. We weren't ready to have them clean it then, so it was left dirty 3 days.Room was never cleaned before we checked in either. Didn't discover until we unpacked. No trash pick up entire time. No swimming pool open.
