Stunk of cigarettes even though it’s non-smoking. Dogs barking all the way down the hall. Reservation didn’t come thru so ended up having to pay again and did not get the room I wanted. Both charges on my credit card.

Cheap and close to the area of town we needed to be in. Hotel staff were very friendly and also it’s a pet friendly hotel.
From the outside it looks a little run down, we stayed on the second floor again and the hallway carpet was newer and clean, but you do get a hint of pot smoke when walking in the hallways even though it’s a smoke free hotel. Room was nice, older and sheets did have a few holes in them and pillows didn’t fit the king size bed, they are the size you wool put on a twin bed. But the room was clean.

Someone was in my room 122 then I was moved to room 134 which was not clean , the A/c smelled of urine and water wasn’t drained from the bathtub , and dead bugs in the wall. I attempted to use the message request app but it was not working to request a full refund.

The room was a bit worn down (cracked sink, broken drywall, toilet wouldn't flush without holding the handle the whole time, fridge door wouldn't stay closed, and the beds were rough)

First room to bathroom wouldn’t flush 2 nd room lights over sink didn’t work bathroom light wouldn’t work unless u wiggled the switch, bath tub needed good scrubbing, couldn’t hook up microwave n refig at same time, to many more wrong to write

The 8.3 rating is impossible. Is it 8.3 out of 40? The hallways reeked of marijuana. The room smelled like a smoking room. The staff was nice and helpful. The guests gave off drug addict vibes.

No damm breakfast that they offered nor there was no cups completly out and no coffee this was worst experience ever, front entrance had garbage bags and cigarette butts everywhere from when we came to the time we left

The staff was welcoming and informative.
There were stains on the carpet, on the leisure chair.
Fingernail clippings on the floor. Other crumbs and nasty little detritus on the floor.
The shaggy painted red wall in the bathroom had numerous drip stains running RIGHT NEXT to the toilet. There was some suss dried shit splat on that same nasty wall.
Look, if your staff merely does the job of cleaning, then this would not be a problem.
I took a damp tissue and cleaned the bloody diarrhea stain off the leisure chair. But all the other filth was too much. I was afraid of walking on the floor with bare feet.
I checked out about an hour after checking in. Biggest waste of $169.

Don’t stay here! I was there for 10 minutes and left because it was dirty, sheets were stained yellow, like someone urinated there, and they never bothered to clean them, smelled like smoke (even though it was advertised as smoke free). The pictures online looked NOTHING like in person. The front desk advised they would give me a refund after I informed them that the sheets were stained, and I would be staying elsewhere, but later management (Ms. Howard) denied the refund. Ms. Howard did confirm over the phone that it was dirty as she said the bed was wet, but still refused my refund. She acted like it was me even though the front desk signed my receipt saying I stayed there 10 minutes, I was never in the bed and she checked the bed a day later. It is disgusting that the bed was wet. She was very rude. She wouldn’t return my calls, she accused me of making the bed wet( how could I even do that when I wasn’t in the bed and I walked out of there after 10 minutes that’s how long it took me to book another hotel, and she checked it a day later) and she hung up on me. I was advised by the front desk I would get a refund and wasn’t provided any accommodations, but she won’t provide the refund and was very rude. If her staff says I get a refund then I should get a refund. I stayed at a hotel 0.5 miles that was a lot better. Guest relations will be no help. I saw that people are saying the same thing as me in the reviews just a few weeks earlier . I tried to resolve this with red roof management and guest services corporate privately but they did not want to refund me. For your health and wellness, don’t stay here.

seedy… Also, when I arrived, it said that I had not paid yet. I paid back in March. Took them 20 minutes to figure it out and get me in to my room.  booking.com was no help at all.

I liked that my room was on the 1st floor. Key card was very easy to use. 2 extra security locks on the door (which was kinda concerning). That's about it..........
Room was NOT very clean. NO tissues. NO conditioner or lotion. NO continental breakfast. NO Bible. Toilet tissue was on the tub - there wasn't a toilet tissue holder. Got 2 bottles of Shampoo & one was half used! To use the microwave you had to unplug the fridge! Room was VERY poorly lit even with ALL the lights on. Since I paid for a room with a microwave & fridge you would think there would be a coffee pot, but there wasn't. Lobby only had coffee which was so HORRIBLE you couldn't drink it. Then 2 MALE Mexicans came pounding on my door, speaking in spanish. They had clip boards in their hands. I wasn't about to open that door!!! Later, when I checked out, I asked the desk clerk if they sent 2 guys beating on my door. They said no. After I described the guys, the clerk said they were their cleaning crew. I said a cleaning crew has a cleaning cart....not clip boards, and they ANNOUNCE that they are the cleaning crew! At checkout at 10:30 a.m. there was a hotel worker sitting outside the lobby door drinking a 16oz. can of beer and smoking a cigarette.......he sounded like he had more than 1 can. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!
