Location! The rooms are spacious and well maintained
Entry to lower level rooms is a bit dingy maybe some landscape upgrades could make it more welcoming. But once you’re in the rooms it’s like a little oasis.

The bed was comfy. The room was a decent size and had a fireplace and microwave.
Every now and then in the am you can hear the staff drive their cars up and down the driveway.
