Proximity to the beach. Hotel is charming and staff is always pleasant.

Location with ocean view can't be beat.
The fire pit with view of ocean was working on and off. It was reported to staff who worked to get it up and running again. Pool still not functioning but the whirlpool was wonderful. Plus there's a second really big fire pit to relax by right by the fire pit.

The views are incredible and the location directly across from the boardwalk is the only reason I chose this location. I have stayed in other hotels along this strip and though another hotel is significantly nicer. The fireplace was a nice bonus. I selected this hotel for the direct view of the ocean.
Front desk was on a break when I arrived. I sat out front for 30 min waiting for them to come back. The room is dated and the furniture leaves a lot to be desired. Would be nice to have a comfy chair near to fireplace. Only one windowed opened with a security measure in place. One was screwed shut and one didn’t lock at all. This needs to be addressed.
