Room, outdated room, lighting features bulbs were not operating, no maid service without a 24 request, stained matress and very uncomfotable, carpets heavily soiled and stained, no hot water, pool not operating, firepit was not operating.

Amazing experience at a wonderful venue

Facilities amazing. The location was stunning and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. Couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. It's a beauty of a place and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The room is fine and the location is convenient

Staff did not regulate noise after 10 pm. I had to call both nights to ask that drunken people who were laughing and talking loudly until 11 pm be asked to vacate the spa area. I’m literally laying in bed now listening to people back outside and it’s 11:30. I just wanted to listen to the ocean.

Our favorite place on the beach

The location is perfect. The room was large and clean, and all rooms had a fireplace. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed several times and will definitely be back.

There was no breakfast and that was disappointing

The front desk person was the same woman both checking-in when we arrived and out in the morning. She was not welcoming, seemed bored. Our room was not ready when expected and we were happy to walk on the beach until ready but asked where could I use a bathroom. She said the closest one was a Shell Gas Station miles away. No bathroom on site I could use while waiting for our room. In the morning check-out is at 11am . She was on a break and I waited 15 minutes to get a hard copy receipt. Why would the only front desk person take a break at check-out time.? While I was waiting for her other guests also waited and then left because her break was long. A housekeeper came in and told us ‘the lady is on a break!’ Awful on both arriving and leaving.

The room was quite grubby, with thick layers of dust covering n most places. For some reason the hangers were covered in a layer of grease, which was gross. The bath had previous occupants’ hair in it when we arrived. Even though we were here for just two nights, the receptionist asked if we wanted our beds to be made, and we said yes, but they weren’t - which also meant tea/ coffee weren’t replenished. Also kept getting emails asking if I wanted to upgrade my room. Wouldn’t have minded so much but I received maybe 4 emails, and the cost of an upgrade was maybe double the original booking, so hardly a deal. The ocean view rooms are also on the main road, so it would have been quite noisy too.
