Perfect location and amazing view

Very nice view and very helpful host. Just walk across to the old town and managed to find free parking around the premises. Although it’s on the 6th floor but we only walked down and up 2 times a day so still manageable. If you have big luggages then you will have problem to carry them up.

The stairs as it’s a bit tiring to walk up and may need 1-2 stop to continue to climb but not a big issue as we like the view

A lovely apartment with fantastic views and an excellent and helpful host.

The view is amazing as is the close proximity to the old town. Communication with the host was exceptional and she was so helpful with anything we needed. It was kind of her to leave a few drinks for our arrival. The bed is comfortable and there are lots of towels for guest use.This was our second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nothing not to like. There are 110 steps to the apartment but this keeps you fit and didn’t put me off. I’m 60 and my husband 62, but we are pretty energetic and didn’t mind the steps.

Great apartment in a great location

We loved staying here: Lucija was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The property was clean and organised. The facilities were excellent, for example there were basic cooking ingredients (e.g oil, salt and pepper, sugar etc), coffee etc. It was lovely to stay somewhere with a dishwasher and a washing machine too. The shower worked well and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and the shutters and curtains made the room dark at night time. The balcony was large and we loved sitting and enjoying the view. We were also able to keep our bags at the property after check out as we had an evening flight - this was really helpful. The apartment has a very convenient location: you can catch a ferry to Ugljan a short walk away over the bridge; there were ferry tours that leave just outside the apartment and the old town is waiting for you over the bridge.

I did not pay attention in the description but the accommodation is at the 6th floor without lift. It is not for everyone.

Super nice apartment with the best view! Huge balcony, very spacious and very clean. It’s even nicer and bigger than in the photos, we would always come back! And the host is really nice and helpful :)

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved absolutely everything about this apartment! Lucija’s property is in an excellent location, just a short walk across the bridge to Zadar Old Town. The view from the beautiful, spacious balcony is nothing short of breathtaking and it is an ideal spot to chill with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The apartment is absolutely spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you need, including plenty of fresh white towels and a well-equipped kitchen. Lucija herself was very welcoming and couldn’t have been a better host, giving us lots of recommendations for restaurants (we ate at a few and loved them) and things to do during our stay. Stay here and you will not be disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only sight downside is that there is no lift so you have to climb stairs to reach the apartment. However, the views from the top-floor balcony were well worth the climb!

The apartment is beautiful and very clean with a breathtaking view of the old town. Lucija, the host is the nicest, the most polite and helpful person.

The apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift. The host helped ua with our luggage on the check jn but check out was very difficult as we were only two girls and taking down the big luggages was very difficult. In saying that I would definitely book the apartment again but just make sure to travel light!

The apartment is very clean and neat and equipped with all the things needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony has an amazing view of the old city of Zadar as well as the port, as the apartment is on the fifth floor. We enjoyed it with a cup of coffee or tea. It was our first stay in Zadar so the host gave us a map of the city and some recommendations for the city's most popular attractions. We went during the weekend in autumn, not during the peak summer month and there was free parking provided. The city center is just 5 minute's walk over the bridge. Overall excellent accommodation.

The Appartment is amazing. The view is outstanding and the host is very friendly, helpful and you feel their hospitality by welcoming you personally. She even reserved a parking spot right in front of the apartment. Only some steps and you are in the old city. Also, a backery and supermarket is in 100m distance. Absolutely perfect 🤩.

Perfect Zadar Apartment

We were very warmly welcomed by Lucija, who reserved us a parking space, helped us carry our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and recommendations of places to see and also where to eat. The apartment was beautiful - had everything we needed and had the most wonderful view! There were lots of little extras - like the bowl of sweets on the table!! The location was excellent - just across the bridge from the Old Town! It really was perfect!!

Really nice host and super pretty apartment. Air-conditioning was very useful as it was very hot. We could leave our bags downstairs in the cellar until our flight in the evening which was super nice and practical

5* in Zadar!

A very light, clean, airy and spacious apartment that has been beautifully decorated. The balcony was amazing, such a good view and a great place to read in the morning and have a drink in the evening. The main bedroom/living area had aircon which was much needed during the heat of summer. Lucija the hostess was wonderful- she met us at the entrance and had reserved a parking space for us. She showed us round the apartment and gave lots of great recommendations for the area. The location was also amazing, a minute's walk from the pedestrian bridge into the Old Town. We'd definitely stay again if we came back to Zadar!

There are a lot of stairs (it's on the 6th/top floor)! However it was totally worth it for the views and good exercise! But just something to bare in mind if you have mobility issues.

the location of this apartment is great, especially arriving to the town by car. the host went out of her way to save us a parking spot out front of the building. the apartment itself was fantastic, well kept and very clean. the view of the old town is amazing and a short walk in for restaurants and site-seeing.

Exceptional location, perfect view, and well appointed, large studio make a perfect choice to stay in Zadar. WiFi was very good. Host met us upon arrival and had reserved (with her car) a parking spot directly at the building entry. Easy walk across the bridge into the walled old town. Definitely would stay again!

Best Apt ever!

There are no words for this apartment! It is unbelievable! Lucija was great, she met us at 10pm as we were on a late flight, she gave us the keys, showed us around the apartment and pointed out all the good/cool things to see and gave us restaurant and Ice cream recommendations which were amazing. The apt is literally only a 2 min walk from the old town. It had everything you could ever need, the bed was extremely comfy and the view is stunning. We had a great time and could not recommended it anymore!
