This was an adequate one-night hotel stay.

Everything in the room was great. We actually overslept and missed breakfast, so that tells you how comfortable the beds were. The check-in and out was quick and efficient.

There were some people in a car in the parking lot smoking weed and playing boom-de-boom music loudly. We could hear it in our room on the second floor, and it took a while to go to sleep.

So, the only complaint I do have is the cleanliness of the bedding too cover. I've noticed twice when staying there the top bedding cover was dirty. So I'm actually wondering how often those get washed? Other than that everything is always good.

Breakfast was good. The queen beds and their pillows were very good. Room with microwave and a small refrigerator.

Staff was friendly, served simple, yet, hot complimentary breakfast (eggs even looked and tasted home cooked). Room was clean, cable TV had more options (even Thursday night Prime football channel). Centralized location, everything is pretty close. Daily housekeeping.

There was one bug during the entire stay, but it wasn't a huge issue. No freezer in the minifridge, so you can't freeze anything.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Everything was super modern and spotlessly clean, and the whole place smelled amazing. We got such a warm welcome and were even able to check in two hours early at no extra charge. The room was very spacious with a giant king bed. Comfy! Full kitchenette inside. The breakfast was delicious and really generous — lots of options with both hot and cold dishes. The location is perfect if you have a car, with 15 min. drive to downtown. Absolute safe neighborhood. We felt totally comfortable and very welcome the whole time.

Value and comfort, however...

It was easy to get to and well maintained for the most part.

Our upper door latch was missing. When we returned in the evening, there was a sketchy wide-eyed rando guarding the front door, so we had to enter from a side door. Thankfully the staff called the police to remove him. Lastly an unbelievably loud party was going on somewhere close or within the building until early morning. I was too tired to investigate or report so I just crashed out anyway.

I liked that it was off i35 and it was near our event. The room was clean, the bed was comfy.

The breakfast was good. I appreciated the two different types of eggs. Tortillas would be a nice addition and maybe more of a fruit selection. Overall it was good.

Cleanliness was below satisfactory. Mildew and mold everywhere. Bugs crawling in from the cracks in the bathroom and white towels with stains. Not impressed.
