We were woke up by a false fire alarm and when the firefighters arrived they just walked in and left and didn't tell the guest if I let was save to return back in. Finally front desk told us. Then the hotel had a pipe bist and we didn't have water to shower t before we checked out. I waited for 30 minutes for the front desk to come back to check out

Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt. Last night there was spiders all in the sheets. We used disinfectant spray so could at least sleep through the night. The images display upgraded modern rooms, but they are from being completely upgraded. The staff was friendly and attempted to be accommodating. Breakfast was your typical breakfast, eggs, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little outdated and the fan smelled like it would catch fire, but overall the rooms were big. Beds were a little soft for my liking but I think it’s standard since we stayed in other similar hotels. Everything was pretty close by, all within 15-20 min. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Room was dirty, towels were stained beyond cleaning and should’ve been thrown away. Live cockroaches in the room, refrigerator was dirty and sticky residue on the inside of door, and shower head was clogged from hard water deposits. I booked the room for 2 days and checked out after spending 1 night disgusting stay! Waiting on refund for second days stay!

Hallway carpet and the carpet in the rooms doesn't smell good! Needs carpet washes and dehumidifying! Old property, needs maintenance or renovations. Breakfast was ok!

The first room we stayed had dried blood on the wall by the air conditioning unit. Also behind the toilet seat very noticeable so they changed our room which turned into a pest problem. Me and my husband tried to work with the hotel management who told us to despite it with our bank. I also have the pictures and videos for reference.

Initially, I was placed in a dirty room, or rather one that appeared clean on the exterior but was nasty on the interior. When I first entered the room and pulled the sheets back and took a cursory glance, everything appeared fine; however, when I got in the bed later on that night I saw dried up blood on the underside of the comforter and hairs in the bed. Also, the refrigerator was leaking, a roach was in the room, and the water in the shower was draining very slowly. Needless to say, I was never able to speak with management. I was given a number to call to voice my complaints; however, the number went unanswered both times and no one called me back, even though I left a message with both calls. If it's up to me, I'll never stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were nice; however, I feel management, or maybe lack thereof, is the problem.

We were a family of 4. They provided 1 towel and gave attitude when we requested 3 more, yet there was a signs stating how much they would charge us if we took pillows and towels blankets….. There was a sofa bed with no bedding to be found. Stains on one bedsheet. Holes in the doors and walls. Torn shower curtain, no water pressure and only cold water. Walls are paper thin, could hear traffic from the road. Elevator was filthy and had no signage that it has been inspected. AC made a crazy loud noise all night. Never again.

This is the worst property ever. I am not sure why they are apart of the Radisson or Choice brand. The room was dirty and I was walked to three different rooms from the original room. Asked to cancel and told that they would refund me and haven’t reached that. Contacted the brand and they haven’t called me back. Expedia, Radisson, and Choice all should be ashamed of this property. And watch they are going to respond with a generic message if they respond at all. All I want is my refund for not staying there. Give me my refund Expedia, Radisson, and Choice Hotels. Give me my refund.
