From regular to bad my stay

Although the hotel is fairly new comparatively to others, I liked the set up having to use the room key on the elevator to access floors, although sometimes confusing to use. It was clean, and the staff were extremely nice, although the front desk and the chef were the main staff I spoke too, but super nice and helpful nonetheless.

I feel like there could be a few more complimentary things added to the rooms(more than one roll of toilet paper, a dirty towel hamper, more water/complimentary drinks in the fridge. More apps downloaded onto the TV instead of having to cast your phone to it (although this is helpful too, I think it should be both)), also didn’t like the remote(although this is a small personal dislike). I also dislike the extra $9.99 per night stay that somehow isn’t covered by 1. booking.com or 2. The $100 deposit fee they hold just in case you want to get room service/food/ other things. Also there were many times I walked into the entrance lobby(even upon my first time making it to the hotel), and there was no front desk staff to be seen. They’d pop up a few seconds later, and I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t have much staff or what, but that’s a security measure I feel needs to be implemented. Maybe at least one security guard that stands watch in the lobby if the front desk manager or whatever staff needs to step away, instead of leaving the ENTRANCE vacant of staff.

Location was ok but stay was not worth it

One of the worst paces to stay at . Staff was very rude and unhelpful, especially Iqar. Room was infested with ants and amenities were dirty and unappealing. I would not recommend staying here.

The location was great for us. It was very clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. It smelled really nice throughout the lobby and hallways. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The mirror light in the bathroom stayed on all night. While it was not a bright light, we prefer complete darkness, so we had to close the bathroom door. It would have been nice to have the option to turn it off. If the option was there, we could not find it.

its a new Hotel, so everything is still in perfect condition. Parking is free, Near Highway, but far away enough , you don't get bothered by noise from the Highway. Desk stuff is friendly, but can't give any info , Map or so. Help yourself ;-) Near the Domain, to town you have a 15-30min drive (Traffic)

Very good stay overall - new hotel experience

The hotel looks and smells clean. It had a really good gym and it was very nice to have a yoga mat in the room which I used everyday for stretching. It was also nice to have a mini fridge in the room which actually worked, nice and cold. The location felt safe and close to restaurants and shops.

I regret purchasing the breakfast ahead of time. We only ate there one morning. The menu was very limited and our food was not warm when served. Also, be aware of extra hotel fees that won't be included in the booking.com price.

Exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provided an adequate amount of towels. The fitness room was EXCELLENT. The staff at the bar was excellent. Engaging but not overbearing and the cocktails were very good. The food was good too from the kitchen. My husband and I had a very good experience. We will visit again.

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The suite was super clean and spacious.

I liked the hotel's aesthetic. The property was very clean. The location is convenient and only a few minutes' drive from the Domain area. Everything in the room was modern and clean, and the toiletries included were great (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap). The king suite was very spacious. Having two full bathrooms was an unexpected plus!

The TV in our original room had an issue. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed, so we had to switch to a different room. While the room we moved to was the same, we preferred the original room. I wish the internet speed were a little faster; I was experiencing a lot of buffering when trying to watch streaming services on my laptop. On two or three occasions, I could hear running footsteps from the floor above.

Geweldig! zou hier zeker terug komen.

De kamer was uitstekend! Het hotel is nog niet zo oud, dus alles was nog als nieuw. Het bed lag prima, de douche was echt perfect. De kamer is ontzettend ruim. Echt heerlijk dit hotel.

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen. Ik betaalde 18 dollar voor een behoorlijk klein broodje en kon na het ontbijt nog ergens wat eten gaan halen omdat het bij lange na niet genoeg was. Ook kreeg ik 6 ontbijt jam mini's bij mijn broodje om het bord te vullen. Als ik ei met bacon bestel op een broodje, hoort daar dus geen jam bij. Dat kan wel echt beter.

They don't give the actual price, and after making a reservation, they charge you extra on the day of arrival. I've also been waiting more than 15 days for a refund of the deposit, which they told me would take 7 days at the most. No indican el precio real y después de tener la reserva el día de llegar te pasan cargos adicionales. Además llevo esperando más de 15 días a que me devuelvan la parte del depósito que me dijeron que serían 7 días como mucho.

Helles, freundliches neues Hotel

Das Hotel war noch sehr neu und machte einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer waren hell und einladen und vor Allem sehr sauber. Es hatte genügend Platz. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Parkplätze gab es um das Hotel herum mehr als genügend. Ein Frühstück Buffet gab es leider nicht, aber auch das a la carte Frühstück war sehr gut. Empfehlenswert.
