The house is located next to Mopac loop 1 and interstate 35 so you are within minutes to downtown and the rivers.The backyard has a deck with 2 outdoor tables and plenty of chairs with umbrella and 2 barbecue grills one uses propane and the other one is charcoal it is fenced for your privacy and security for your pets and children while they played. WIFI is equipped with highest fiber optic good for company to send employees to work weekly or monthly. This spacious home served us well during our family’s visit to Austin. The two main floor bedrooms meant my elderly mother and disabled son did not have to use the stairs. The large kitchen and table allowed us to gather for meals and conversation. The second floor provided a place for those who needed to pull away for a moment. One thought: those sleeping upstairs may benefit from some white noise as conversations from the main floor can easily carry to the second.

Great space. Host was communicative and polite. We had no issues and were all comfortable. 6 People total. Host thanked me after our stay for keeping the house clean in order as expected.

The house looks much better from the outside than it does from the inside. Needs some updates. The bunk beds did not have top sheets and the house was not the cleanest but it was ok. We were there for a conference and it served our needs.
