I enjoyed my stay and will definetly stay here again.

I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the shampoo, conditioner, face soap was amazing. I also liked that the tv had cable. We got to watch Happy Gilmore. I also like how friendly the front desk staff were. Most importantly, I felt safe here.

This is a good option for budget-friendly travel but not worth the hassle.

The room was big. The layout was cozy and the bathroom had a nice mirror and lighting. The business center was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

The staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. When I arrived, they gave me a hard time checking in and I had to wait 1.5 hours in the lounge. The shower in my room had an empty body wash bottle and the conditioner and shampoo were not refilled. The bathroom was missing soap. The gym lacked most things needed to work out properly. I could hear the conversation of people in the room over and could hear their TV. The people in the hallway played loud music at 5am which woke me up.

Good enough for a few days! Amazing staff, comfortable bed

Staff were very nice and responsive. Comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful lobby. Breakfast was solid but the highlight was how nice the staff was!

The rooms can be updated a little more with microwave, safe and tv including Netflix. The Netflix feature is there but it doesn’t work so didn’t get to wind down with my fav shows like usual

Staff was excellent!

The rooms are run down. Busted tile floors, cracked walls, missing plumbing plate covers, paper thin walls (you can hear conversation next door, carpet wall base, no ice on our floor and no water bottles in the rooms.

Place is great staff is awesome. Kitchenettes are nice and they have plates and silverware and small pots and pans.

Housekeepers were hit or miss but it wasn't a big deal.

Great place that's a little too far away from main attractions

I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and so were the beds... On top anyway.

My friends lifted the mattress (cuz she wanted to know what kind it was since it was really comfortable) and they discovered, what they labeled as, a crime scene. Breakfast was mid to be honest, but still breakfast so I can't complain too much and sadly the road were all under constructions so it was a hassle to get there, this will change in the future though I'm guessing. All around I would recommend if your activities are more in this part of town, but for us it was a 20 minute drive to the "center" of attractions we went to. Combined with traffic made it about 35 minutes.

We’d stay there again

The property was relatively new and very nice. The bed was comfy and the ac worked great. The continental breakfast was very good and changed daily.

The gap under and between the door drove me crazy. There is a ton of construction on the service road which is no fault of the hotel but can make coming and going difficult.

Not a lot really close to HEB

Staff on reception were reluctant to come out from the back room and always seemed to have their mouths full of food Smoke detector ganging off the ceiling, reported this to reception on day 1. On day 4 when we left still the same Room wasn’t made up, shortage of staff and no management on site If I want to clean my own room and make up my own bed I would book a cottage/ lodge Bugs in room perhaps if they had cleaned they would have removed these

The property was mostly clean. The location is very convenient to the interstate, shopping and restaurants.

The WIFI was almost nonexistent. The temp in the halls uncomfortably high. The breakfast was ok one morning then terrible the next. The interstate noise prevents this location from being a place to relax.

The staff was very nice, especially the young man who was filling up the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was nice, with great selections. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is very clean.

I liked it because it was convenient, the service, was amazing, I really enjoyed the breakfast.

It would have been better if I had had shampoo, the container was empty, and I was too tired to ask for some.
