I liked the location it was conveniently located near our main destination.

It was very old looking and smelled old. I also did not like the humidity inside. Our room was so hot when we arrived, we notified front desk. They said they would come check it out and never showed.

Rooms they were the best.

I loved the tall ceilings. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were very beautiful. The clerks were very kind. The clerk I got was new and she did a fantastic job explaining the facilities and rules. Give her a raise. The pool looked very nice but I didn't get to enjoy it. Too busy with family. Would definitely recommend the suite to anyone who stays there. If I visit Pflugerville again, I'll book there again.

The bed was a little too firm for my back. The tub was surprisingly smaller for it being a suite. The breakfast biscuits were a little damp. As someone who's worked as a night audit for a hotel I know the struggle of how hard it is to keep up with all that. So either way your hotel is beautiful and if I ever go through there I'll be staying there again.

Didn’t eat breakfast , my father in law is paralyzed and I was going to take him breakfast and the man yelled and said that breakfast wasn’t allowed upstairs in the rooms.

When I got in for check in the man had given us a dirty room , it wasn’t clean trash everywhere. The rooms smell like piss , then the ac in the extra bedroom with the sofa bed wasn’t working it was super hot.

Property was clean and cozy

This place was horrible! It smelled like a wet sock as soon as I walked into the building and only got worse when we went into the room. My allergies immediately kicked in, so I had to turn around and leave immediately. I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do it, but they'd get back to me. Very disappointed!!

Good location. Many things around to eat drink and be merry.

The room was overall nice. But I had issues. At check in they gave me a suite with no 2nd tv in the living area. I requested a different room. That room had real cable in living room tv but not the same in bedroom tv. The tv remote in room was dirty. The toilet flusher was barely hanging on for flushes. The bed had metal pieces hanging off that hurt my ankles. Overall it was a good stay. I believe they need better more efficient cleaning of smaller items and they need to pay attn to detail. The breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy but options available. They need a non pork option for breakfast.

the room was ok, carpet needs a steam clean, there are some repairs that need to be done. There was a dip in the floor in front of the bed by the AC unit.

I know the hotel has no control over what guests do but one night my family and I were exiting the elevator and all you could smell was marijuana. Another time while we were going out for the day, there was some kind of domestic disturbance going on. Not particularly family appropriate.

I cancelled my trip and didn’t even stay here. Booked a different hotel at the last minute. I pulled in and there were people loitering in the parking lot late at night, the place is very run down compared to the photos. I didn’t even get out of my vehicle.

The commode water tank ran for a long time, the shower handle needed to be tightened and the a/c leaked and wet the floor. I did tell the front desk clerk on check out. A towel rack needs to be hung by the sink in the room where I stayed. Overall okay

The room was disgusting blood on bed sheets ac was nasty . Just wasn’t a clean space .

It was close to where we needed to be.

It was filthy, run down, & the only thing edible @ breakfast was the toast, the coffee, & the juice. The yogurt was soured, the waffle mix was runny & salty, the eggs were rehydrated. The bathtub looked like they just covered the mildew with spray paint. The 1st room they gave us had a dirty toilet & spit still on the mirror. The 2nd room they tried to give us had snot in the sink & unknown substance on the mirror. The 3rd room was decently clean if I overlooked the stains on the sheets.

Apparently not enough staff. Requested towels and didn’t get any. I had to personally go to front desk area to get them because my room only had 1 set of towels. The pool was not open when I arrived and I was told that it would be the next day. The furniture in the suite was badly stained.

Rooms are very bad. Bathrooms are worse. Not clean and all the stuff seems very old - not properly maintained. Never had a worse breakfast than this. Food even looked stale and tasted even more bad. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

The AC unit in the room was old and rickety and did not function correctly. It did not cut on and cut off correctly according to the temp that you set it

The breakfast was good. Thats the only thing saving this this hotel.

The room werent cleaned very well. Walls were visibally dirty. Shower was dirty. was charged more in person than I booked it for online. Staff was ok and didnt appear to be customer service oriented.

Nothing, the stay was terrible! Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The strong stenches of this disgusting smell throughout the entire hotel as soon as you walk in. The bugs, (this hotel is clearly infested with cockroaches, they came out within minutes of us entering our room) The staff seem to not care when we informed them of the bugs. There was no one to assist us at the front desk on several occasions, room was dirty upon arrival and there were no towels. We had to ask multiple times for towels,finally they brought 2 towels even though we asked for three because there was three people in our two bedroom. The blankets are paper thin (worn down, down alternative comforters with all the stuffing at the bottom of it) and the beds are worse than sleeping on the sidewalk. It is basically one of those raggedy hotels on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere that you drive past really fast because it is obviously some shady stuff going on there. By the way there seems to be some shady business going on there. The hotel is not family friendly at all. The pictures online completely deceived us.
