They're kicking me out of my room in the cold weather with my baby toto

There's no breakfast

They kick you out without trying to help you when your homeless with my baby in the cold weather I'm reporting this to the news stations and all the world this is animal and human cruelty

You get what you pay for.

There was one staff that was pleasant

Cockroaches in the room, staff promised a cot day one and we didnt get on despite asking every day and being told it would be there soon. Lots of needles in the parking lot and tons of smashed glass, cops in the hotel 3 times, once with guns drawn. Staff was apathetic to rude. Garbage was self serve and bin was always completely overflowing. Children's dirty underwear was spread around the first floor and wasn't dealt with while we were there. Super thin walls. Water pressure was horrendous and bathroom fan didnt work. Staff never came to repair it despite being asked every day. Do not recommend staying here

The ac did not work the best the elevator was out of order and I was placed on the 4th floor so leaving and returning was not the easiest . Water pressure was lower then I would have liked and vending machines had issues giving what you paid for it my money 3 times with no product

The staff and GM were very professional and attentive. This place should be rated higher. Rooms were clean facility kept up and house keeping respectful and quick.

An extra bed was requested in advance, but the request was not granted. To resolve the situation, I tried to book another room, but without success. The staff's laziness is notorious, the location is terrible, the service is terrible. I do not recommend it. There is a strong smell of marijuana and heavy traffic.

Waste of time and caused my children and I to be without anywhere to stay

We didn’t get a room. I made the reservation but it was after midnight and the lady at the desk said we’d have to come back in the morning to get the room.

They refused to check us in. I made the reservation online and it didn’t pull up when we got there and she said there was no way to pull it up and to come back in the morning and they would get us a room.

Mildly rewarding and disappointing.

Location was accommodating. Pet fee was not disclosed but expected. However 20/day is excessive. Housekeeping seemed irritated that I refused their once a week cleaning bc I did it every day when I had to go ask for trash bags and toilet paper and clean towels every third day. Military habits. I extended here a week and would do it again.

Staff issue forced me to leave unexpectedly when they failed to extend my reservation for the third week. Disgusted this is how it ends and on my birthday!

Disliked · The staff was not accurate about the service provided. The staff in the morning told me different things from the staff in the afternoon. I end up staying more days and the rate end been more expensive than the one on Booking.com Plus I was supposed to make the payment on the first day of the 3 extra days I was staying. Then, They call me without letting me know in advance that if I paid after 1 pm(The Staff called after 1 pm) they will charge me an extra 30 plus dollars which I end up paying.

Extraordinary customer service #1 place to stay hands down

I love the young lady up front and the man that usually works I believe during the day or during the afternoon they are very helpful friendly and just adorable and went far and beyond to accommodate everything we needed if I had it my way I'd stay here and live here as my apartment I just still might do that I'm in between right now deciding what I want to do after the loss of my 14 year old son who was killed on the highway on 29 in Liberty Hill year and a half ago and my mother I lost about a month ago and I'm just in between places to live and these people have been super helpful and I don't know what I would have done without these people and you guys everyone here is awesome thank you so much for the incredible experience! God bless

Noisy and depressing. Avoid if you are a light sleeper.

Location was right on the service road for I35. Low cost vs. similar facilities Easy to book.

1. Staff is super unfriendly. Very inflexible. 2. Weird things going on in the parking lots late at night. They definitely need to invest in security. 2. The room is super noisy. I have no idea what material they used to build these ceilings.. Good luck sleeping if the person occuyping the room above you walks around their room. You gonna hear their thundering footsteps. Same applies to noise coming out of adjacent rooms.. They definitely did not invest in soundproofing. If you are a light sleeper, this facility is not for you. 3. House cleaning is done only once a week. They give you two bath towels (for the whole week)
