Looked clean, updated.
Romm 215, had roaches in the restroom i was there for about 2mins. The guy who was there,I took pics and showed him ,offered to sanitize the room.😑.. I brought up refund, he offered me another room. #415, Bug free, but as I opened the fridge I saw mold. The fridge was warm even though it was set to max cold. I tell/ showed pics to the front desk tell them, I asked for bleach he kept saying I'll clean it . I told him that I have COPD. So we go up to the room he's trying to clean the fridge so I took over the cleaning the fridge , no bleach some kind of cleaning solution I broke down the fridge and mold in every Lil Crack. I was done....not mad at the worker that was there ,he tried.

Very clean and tile floors instead of carpet.
Very thin bath towels, Low water pressure, no wall decor and an added charge on my bill with no one to talk to at check out or answering my email to explain the additional charge. So make sure the price you were given at booking is the price on your invoice which by the way I received via email since there was no one there at check out.

The hotel was well kept and clean. The parking was ample as well.
It was older, but remodeled nicely. There were little to no amenities, such as food options, etc.

There is no breakfast, or coffee. This facility is very Spartan and basic. It meets your leads for an overnight stay as a couple, and is very clean and efficient.
Might have a cuppa coffee somewhere in the morning

Very lit up at night, felt very safe. Seemed like new carpeting and very clean.
Our tv stopped working, we could sometimes get audio but no picture. Front desk guy came and tried to fix but couldn’t get it to work either. He stated he would get someone else to check it out, but that never happened while we were there—so no TV at all. Our hotel door lock was messed up and we had to really slam the door for it to lock. The front desk guy did show us to scan the door card again and the door would close and lock easier.

It was easy access to the highway.
The people who were above me were loud and idk if it was the housekeepers kids but they were also loud laughing and running in the morning down the hallway. I stayed on the 2 floor.

I am very picky about hotels. I know y’all didn’t serve breakfast, but we didn’t require one and I was very skeptical. Since I believe you were an extended stay hotel. I loved the blinds that were used in the room and throughout the hotel I love the fact that you could not get in the property anywhere without having a key card, including the main entrance
Not that we needed it, but maybe vending machines on each floor instead of just the first

It was clean
The room was pretty small not to mention the beds, I booked queen size beds and it was more like twin size other then that it was clean and in good conditions

Everything was very neat and brand new. Carpets smell good and room was clean. Stove and big refrigerator was the highlight with many trash cans was plus. TV was good with access to youtube and other apps.
There were cockroaches specially at night in bathroom. During dark, they all come out and I saw many when I went in the morning.

Very clean property, still feels new. Great room for the money. Property is on I-35, but it is well lit at night, making you feel much safer than at other hotels in the same area. I had requested a walk-in shower and received just what I needed, and it even had an attached seat in it! Excellent! Near all kinds of restaurants and fast food outlets. It's a little tricky to get to due to ongoing construction on I-35, but the room was very quiet overnight.
Could use bigger bath towels and maybe a continental breakfast.

The location of this hotel is great, as you're right on the border of Pflugerville, Austin, and Round Rock. Made it very easy to get to local restaurants and venues. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, wifi worked, and beds were comfy. There aren't really any additional amenities (breakfast, pool, etc.) but if you're needing a clean and safe place to stay and don't need the extras, this is perfect.
No coffee machine in the room, although there was a coffee machine downstairs near the reception area. It would've been nice to have it a little more easily accessible in the room, though.
