My second stay I’ll stay again

Room was clean location was great and price was even better plus included a great breakfast

Saved our day

Staff was great, had a decent breakfast. We got down there late. We showed up very early at 6:30 am. Check in was at 3:00. They we're able to get us into our room which was great because we drove all night to get there for a cheer comp.

Real honest review

I didn't talk or see much of the staff but the ones i seen were fine and polite. I liked the room set up for my kids and myself. My bed was in the first room you came to after walking inside and down the hall past the bathroom was another open room with my kids 2 beds. The only ac/heater was in the back room were my kids were so they stayed nice and warm. Our room door had a small gap so since my bed was next to the door leading straight outside we had a draft of cold air coming in but it wasn't to bad. The beds were decent. The breakfast they offer was pretty good. It was open from 6:30am to 9:30am. They had biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage(patties/links), waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeals, cereals, apples, bananas, orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee, and condiments for the food. Their indoor pool was open but closed at 9pm it definitely didn't look the best but my kids enjoyed it. The hottub wasnt very hot nor did the jets hit your back very well. I definitely recommend if your staying when its cold outside to get a room inside the indoor pool area so you don't have to walk back to your room outside in the cold. Learn from my mistake! If your not staying more than 3 days this hotel is fine.

These are my only complaints. The only ac/heater was in the back room were my kids were so they stayed nice and warm. Our room door had a small gap so since my bed was next to the door leading straight outside we had a draft of cold air coming in but it wasn't to bad. The bathroom was very small and compact. The toilet was way to close to the shower/bathtub and you would have to hold the handle down awhile just to flush the toilet. Our bathtub/shower handle was broken off so water would drip into the hole's and im sure is causing damage under the bathtub. The sink was outside the bathroom and would spray water everywhere if you turned it on to high of a flow and it would constantly drip after you turn it off. The room itself had some places that could use tiny repairs but overall was fine. The indoor pool had its own area outside the hotel so we had to walk outside to get to the pool. The pool was ok but the hottub wasn't very hot nor did the jets hit your back very well. We stayed on the first floor so we heard everyone going to their cars or walking down the hall outside. I was up till 3am listening to our upstairs neighbors running around and people outside walking their dogs who were constantly barking till they went back to their rooms. If your not staying more than 3 days this hotel is fine.

Poorly managed!

After making our reservation online and receiving confirmation, I was sent an email by the facility stating my booking was “subject to availability”. I had 4 small children arriving at 2:00am. I tried calling multiple times in advance to ensure we had a room, no one would answer the phone. I called the main booking line for Quality Inn, they tried calling the location and couldn’t get an answer. When I went to the front desk upon arrival, I stood for over 10 minutes waiting on someone to come to the desk. I rang the bell 3 times. The receptionist was yelling at me to get my ID from somewhere behind the wall. I specially asked the receptionist if there were luggage carts available, as it was raining, we were on the second floor, and had small children. She said yes, they are by the elevator. There were no luggage carts to be found. The rooms had hair all over the bathroom and sinks from previous occupants.

The TV was broken, I let them know right away, they did not replace it for over 24 hours. We were not happy with the way the India guy treated us. Some of the staff were very snappy.

Very clean and beautiful place to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were all taken care of. I would definitely recommend visiting here. My family and I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Location

Very dated and very dirty. Room was very dark, couldn’t see to look in my suitcase thats how dark that room was. WWBreakfast was like any other hotel breakfast but they didnt have staff to refill or clean up the area during breakfast opening time. Food was spilled on counter and no one to clean up. The lighting in the breakfast area was VERY dark. You couldnt hardly see what you were eating. Half the lights in the building were removed probably to save on electricity. Outside the building had an elevator in the center with stairs on both ends. Sounds ok? NO! It was a very long walk to either end. I was on the 2nd floor and had to take the elevator. No stairs near the middle. Unsafe if you had to evacuate quickly. Couple more things i just remembered, drawers were broken and the sink faucet leaked all over the counter when it was turned on. I told front desk. Reply was “Ill tell maintenance. Bottom line is that i personally believe its one of those buildings that is purchased to make all the profit they can. No monies is put back in for upgrades or repairs then sold again.

Pretty good quality for price.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for us, as we like to stay just outside of the busy part of Pigeon Forge. The water was warm and shower was nice.

The toilet did not flush well. There was a fake fingernail on the floor right beside the bed.

A home away from home.

I was really shocked at how clean, great location, beds were very comfortable, and the list goes on and on. Next year or anytime I'm visiting Tennessee I will definitely be going to this same location. It was very clean and for the price it made everything perfect. Two swimming pools one inside heated, it's just exactly what I was looking for and the price made it even better. This is my go-to home away from home and I could not ask for any better than what they provided. I highly recommend this Motel for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, plenty of room , easy to find, great location and the price was very reasonable. I refuse to go anywhere else after my experience here this past week. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and that's hard to find these days. 100% the best place to go while you're in Tennessee.

Everything about this Motel was my favorite. The price was very reasonable and it was like staying in a apartment with all the extra room it had to offer. This will be my go-to spot from now on when I'm on vacation. I could not ask for anything more than what they provided for me this past week.

Very disappointed with our stay.

The location

The AC was so loud and creepy that we decided to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep. The shower was making a horrible sound and the water was staying in the bathtub after showers. The towels were very thin because were old and sticky so it was impossible to dry yourself after a shower.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfy and cozy. I really liked the fact that it was close to attractions I planned on going to (Soaky Mountain) and also next to plenty of stores for any of my needs. Breakfast was great. I felt safe and the staff was friendly. Great price for my room. Overall wonderful experience! Will definitely return!

I wish the pools would've been open a little longer. After a long day of walking and fun, it would've been nice to come back to the hotel and be able to get in the hot tub or go for a swim in one of the pools. I understand rooms are located in the indoor pool section, but as long as the noise is kept to a minimum, I feel the pools and hot tub should be available for guests to use. Closing the pools at 9:30 p.m. seems a fuzz early. Maybe consider keeping the pools open until at least 11 p.m.

Not staying here again nope

The only thing that I can state that was good was the breakfast

our room was Despicable, we were able to sleep in it , but the bathroom is like taking a shower and going to the bathroom and a size of a porta John! shower drain was broken, and at times, the faucet on the jacuzzi tub didn't turn off. The access to the porch the door did not lock, overall this was not a good stay, and to add the lighting in the room was not adequate, also we didn't have hot water we had warm water in the shower when we were to take a shower at the end of the day! It is not worth staying here again! We have stayed at Quality Inns and Suites all over the place, and this one place should be taken off their list and remodeled!

There wasn’t any shampoo in our shower it was just conditioner. There was also a large hairball in our shower (when we arrived) which we asked to be taken care of and it never was which was a little yuck

It was accurately described and the bed slept well but the jacuzzi in the room kept shutting off and was disappointing.

The parking and only one elevator and entering and exiting the property is at an extremely busy area when traffic is bad.

Decent

Indoor pool was fine.. and breakfast was good.

Room was dirty, bathroom had Nats and found a roach. Shower was dirty and broken ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling . Back doorknob was falling off and looked like someone tried to break in from the back balcony . Hot tub was not hot and the jets weren't working properly. Outside pool was too small, too many people for that size pool. Phone in room wasn't working and looked as the someone had burnt the cords.
