It was quiet, overall clean, friendly staff, big enough, and near everything we were looking for.

There were a few minor things but they weren’t bothersome. Nothing worth sharing because they weren’t an inconvenience.

I liked the location

Booking.com and baymont need to communicate better. Baymont had me down as 2 kids when I booked through booking.com with 3 then the website for baymont said $15 for cot they charged me $20 said they need to update the website. Was questioned about why we needed more than 3 towels ( well there were 5 of us and we don’t share towels that’s gross and weird)

Quiet, cheaper, but doesn't accommodate everything that they advertise.

I liked that we stayed in a more quiet area but it was still close to everything. The price wasn't bad for two days but everything that was suppose to be offered wasn't available.

I paid for two days first off the owner was nice but the other receptionist wasn't. The gym that was suppose to be in the amount of our stay wasn't available because it was being worked on. I wasn't given a any money back for that. There was no coffee or juice with our morning breakfast or all day long like it was advertised.

The beds were comfortable!

We found mold in our bathroom and my whole family was sick. It also says breakfast included but their staff was in there every morning the whole time breakfast was so guest couldn’t even go in and enjoy.

I chose this room because of the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately neither one worked. We were told they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have another room available. We were very disappointed with the room and service. Will never stay here again!

Motel was clean and quiet no frills but suited my needs

We didn't go down for breakfast just coffee for us this time but there was fresh fruits, the waffles , cereal regular serve yourself motel breakfast The dining room was clean. Really liked the outdoor fireplace and sitting area location was great too

The bathroom was dirty with dirty towels behind the door and dirty mirrors.

A lot of noise with the children from the room next door screaming and coming up the stairs at 2:00 in the morning and I couldn't sleep.

Sink plugged, no coffee ready at 6am, no sweets for the kids, tacks sticking up from carpet. Wife is handicapped, was put on 3rd floor far from elevator, was to elevators was close, should ask for full refund.

The desk clerk was pleasant but not the conversation with reservation cancellation. Room wss on street and mouse very loud. There was a roach in the bathtub. Place should be renovated.

i would not recommend staying here, the room that my partner and i stayed in at mold on the ceilings, stains on the sheets and cockroaches crawling all over the floors, walls, bed, and tables. the pictures were extremely deceiving at this property.

Horrible stay! Waste of money! Rude employees!

I was told that a "deluxe room" had the hot tub by the front desk before making my reservation online. So that's what I reserved, just to find out once getting to my room that it did not have a hot tub. So I immediately went down to the desk and the woman apologized and said everything in the hotel was booked for the night. But said she would let the morning shift know and for me to come first thing and tell the front desk the mistake and they would switch me over to the room with the hot tub. So I did that but the woman I spoke to the next morning was so rude. Kept walking away from me while I was trying to talk to her. Would cut me off, telling me no before I ever even finished saying what I needed to. She told me there wouldn't be a manager there for me to speak with and that her name was Abby. I was just gonna wait till Monday thinking a manager would be in then, but Monday morning around 7 am I was doing laundry in the laundry room at the hotel, when the place that you put the coins in jammed up and it took my $2. I went to the front desk and told the same woman named Abby, and she said that she couldn't help me because the laundry area wasn't part of the hotel. When I asked about a manager she again told me there wouldn't be one in. Also saying there wasn't one that came to that hotel at all. I asked her if I was just out my money and she shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes and started typing on the computer. This woman is so very rude. Not only to me but to other guests as well. I noticed this during breakfast during my stay one day. I will be writing this experience everywhere online I possibly can and so will my friends and family, unless something is done to change my mind. I expect some action to be taken against the rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional employee Abby at the front desk at Baymont by Wyndham 711 Parkway Sevierville, TN 37862.

Very unpleasant and covered in bugs. Wouldnt recommend especially not for families visiting the area

The bedding was clean (the only clean thing in the room) and the staff were polite and professional.

The overall cleanliness of the room was atrocious. There were bugs crawling on the walls and gnats flying around. There were stains on everything and the bathroom was incredibly dirty and broken.

I wish I could write something good about this place but I honestly can not find one good thing to say. I thought the value was good when I booked it but then after checking in realized that this place was way overpriced.

This place wasn't nothing short of disappointing. The ratings system used most certainly can not be relied upon. We checked in at around 4:30 to 5:00 pm, took our luggage to the room and left to go eat dinner. After arriving back around 7:30 or so, we try to settle in and turned the television on, which quit working. The lady at the front desk came up to our room and spent 45 minutes to an hour trying to get it to work. She then set it to reprogram and told me to call her back up when it was finished, so about an half hour later I had to go down to get her because the phone in the room would not work, then she spent the next hour at least trying to get it to work, but couldn't. She said Kevin would take a look at it when he came in if we were still awake! We asked if we could just leave and get a refund and was told they could not do that since we spent the time we did in the room at which point we pointed out that she had spent about as much time in the room as we had, but still to no avail. Kevin finally showed up for his shift while we were speaking to her and came up to our room to look at the tv. After about 20 more minutes he decided to switch our tv out for a smaller one which was somewhere around 11pm by this time. We asked if we stayed Friday night could we check out first thing Saturday morning and get a refund for the 2nd night and were assured by both staffers that they would do that. We got up early Saturday and checked out between 6:30 am & 7 am and were assured by Kevin that it would be taken care of and that our money should be returned for the second night within 24 hours. That was Saturday, this is Monday evening and still not there. I am still waiting for my refund and am under no delusion that I will ever see that money again.

The location was fine. The sheets were stained and stretched out, we had to kill a few bugs, the bathroom was just not clean looking, the faucet leaked, the outlets were janky, the “breakfast” was a joke, the room to eat breakfast was minuscule… just wasn’t it.

The location is great.

I had the do not disturb sign on my door, and yet I get a call every morning at 8:15 asking if I want housekeeping. Didn't appreciate that wake up call. There is also not enough parking for all the guests, each night a few of us had to make our own parking spots for the night. Thankfully I didn't get towed. The Wi-Fi also didn't work the entire time we were there.
