Overall it was okay. I wouldn’t stay there again due to not being able to sleep well and the cleanliness.

The property was a relatively convenient location to both Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Staff were nice. Rooms were mostly clean.

You can tell it’s a somewhat renovated facility. The outside has more curb appeal than the inside. Rooms are still suffering from the 1980s. I did not find the beds very comfortable, and the pillows were just the same. The towels, although visibly clean, had a smell of stale cooking grease and borax. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the television 2 rooms down just as clearly as I could hear mine. The breakfast is edible but less than “good”. I’m not sure I’ve ever had eggs, biscuits, and Italian sausage. Kind of a weird protein. They used crock pots instead of industrial warmers. At least the juice wasn’t watered down.

We parked at the back entrance. While there was handicap parking there was no handicap ramp. So I had to go all the way back to the front of the building to get to my room

Terrible.

The location was great

We were put into a room on the first floor, about an hour into being in the room we had a roach run across the ceiling and found others in a cabinet. We packed everything up and went down to the desk and the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy when I told him there were roaches. They put us in a room on the 3rd floor and we immediately saw a roach run across the floor when walking into the room and there were multiple behind the fridge and babies on the table. Needless to say we left, I asked for a refund at the front desk and was told that he couldn’t until his manager was in the next morning. I called the next morning at the time she was supposed to be in and was told she was busy and would call me back, I waited 2 hours and never got a call so I called back and was then told she was never in. Long story short it took all day and me calling corporate to finally get a refund and while on the phone with corporate the manager “got in”. I would NOT recommend staying here!! I put in pictures of the roaches we were able to get a picture of.

When you take a shower the water runs out of shower into bathroom floor making it very slick and risky for falling. The water then runs out into the room making the carpet in front of the sink area wet and nasty. Everything in the room always felt moist.

I didn't like being in the 3rd floor. The hotel knew I was traveling with a dog. I assumed we would be on the 1st floor. Allegedly nothing was available on the first floor when we arrived. I'm always suspicious of this claim at hotels.

Hassle and stressful after a long drive.

Breakfast was good. Kids liked the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful

We arrived and got our room. We unpacked. Decided to let the kids swim before pool closed. Upon returning to room, we kept hearing water dripping. The source was water dripping inside the shower from the light in shower. Reported it to front desk. We was moved to another room. Had to repack and get the kids up at 10:45 pm to move to different room. Were as we had to unpack and get kids to bed again. Wifi was a hassle to get, never did get it for tv. Gave up and went to bed.

The staff were friendly

Objectively, this is my experience, and I could have just had a poor one. However, the breakfast was not as others described as “excellent.” The eggs seemed as though they were mixed to be scrambled, then baked and broken to resemble scrambled eggs. The effect was mixed hard boiled eggs. The bacon/sausage was absent and instead was a kind of chicken kielbasa. The beds were really hard. I understand it’s standard for hotels to buy firmer beds for them the last longer, but it was too firm. The biggest problem, are how thin the walls are…we were awoken twice in the middle of the night by our neighbors in a screaming match and dogs barking. If you are a single person, just in town for work and only needing a place to sleep-sure. If you’re looking for restful stay-no.

First for all the front desk treated us with kindness and was very helpful when it came to finding things to do since it was our first time being in Tennessee. The cleanest of the room was great. The bed was definitely comfortable. Also, the location was in a great place where we really didn’t have to travel far unless I really wanted to. The Tanger outlet was on that strip all activities. Also was on that strip.We ate at places that I couldn’t eat at home and it was great and wonderful. It was just great all the way around. I would definitely come back.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel was a good hub for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. It was clean and the breakfast was good. I would stay again.

My only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't cool as I needed. I did talk to the owner and was informed about why the A/C was the size it was. I appreciate the time he took to explain.

The walk-in showers need updated. My mom could not stand in it.. too slick and only one grab bar and the door does not latch. You can swing it in or out. The bathroom floor gets slick from the film it gets from the shower due to no exhaust fan in the bathroom

May use again?

Location was perfect....traffic light in & out directly in/out of the parking lot! Close to where we needed to go, lots of restaurants nearby but not jammed up inside the heavy traffic stuff either. Beds & pillows were very comfy. Shower was good & hot. Breakfast was the usual but good.

Shower door did not keep water from flooding the floor....not sealed & no proper water drainage keeping the water inside the shower. TV did not have a guide to select what to watch, much less proper instructions how to turn it on. Rooms on the highway side are VERY noisy with all the constant traffic.
