Whirlpool not working!Called maintenance to fix and they said it would be fixed the next day even called and said they were coming that morning and not fixed

Everything was clean, staff was nice, the pools were nice and heated. My son loved the kids pool. We didn’t stay long enough to get to enjoy all the on site activities but they did look very well maintained. Would recommend 100%

Spacious one bedroom deluxe suite was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Property is well-kept and attractive. Building was easy to locate. We did not have time to use the pools or other amenities, but we quickly had a look and everything appeared to be clean and other guests seemed to be enjoying them. The kitchen came in handy so we could save money on eating out all the time, and the washer and dryer were definitely nice to have in unit. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The condo, resort, and location were all great. However, the check in process specifically dealing with the time-share agent was not enjoyable at all. They would not take no for an answer to scheduling an appointment. I finally agreed, but I did not show up to it.

Great amenities! Pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, pool, mini (super mini) golf. Our room was very spacious and everything was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend. Also we had an amazing view from our balcony.

Staying here, for our first time in Tennessee, was amazing! The kids enjoyed having their own separate room and tv and my wife and I enjoyed our space. Friendly staff and the two mini-golf areas helped make this a 5 star rating! Would recommend to family and friends.

This listing is more than I expected and better than the photos show. Prime location and so much to offer that you really don’t need to leave unless you wanted to. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. I’m handicapped and it was a bonus to find out I had zero steps to navigate. Parked right beside ramp entrance and was straight shot to this end of building room. Next visit I am bringing my family too. Check with resort for daily activities there because each day is different offerings. Trolley stop in front of resort makes it easy to not even need to drive your vehicle. The fountain and gazebo in front are a beautiful setting for a photo and with a picnic table also it’s a good lunch area as well.

Our room was on the bottom floor, the noise from the renters above prevented us from sleeping . I had requested a room with a view which I didn’t receive.

The property was very friendly, and we did enjoy our stay. However, the walls and floors are very thin, and we could hear everything. The people above us were very loud and stayed up until after 2 a.m. most nights and kept us awake. We would definitely stay again, but only on the top floor.

This was close enough to everything that it was easy to go out for the day and then come back and still go out in the evening. The full kitchen made it great if you wanted to cook in the condo. Although we did not use the pool or mini golf, it looked great. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

My husband I stayed here for a quick getaway. The location was close to everything. The resort staff was very courteous, the property was clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubes. Very family friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
