Great place to stay very friendly staff, convenient to serval attractions about 30 mins to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and about 45 mins to Gatlinburg. I have stayed here for a few years now the newly reservations were done well. I am hoping that the new ownership will keep the prices down like before and not over price like others in the area.

We had a great stay at the sparks location. The staff was very friendly when checking in and checking out. The location is convenient to several attractions and the highway. The room was clean and the over all appearances was nice and clean . We have stayed at this hotel for several years now when we come to the Tennessee Vols football games at home.

There were bugs in the room and hotel corridors. And when we asked the staff to change the room, they said that the bugs were everywhere, and it's not possible to get a bus free room.
