Just dont

The lady at check in that night was rude, ended up charging me again even tho I had paid with booking and explained that to her and showed her. In the process of getting my money back from their charge.

stay was ok

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast bar was exceptional. Elevator was quick when called.

My room this time shared a wall with the elevator which exposed us to mu h more noise than a guest should have to deal with.

We had a wonderful experience!

We were given wonderful treatment. We were allowed to check in early and out late. The staff and atmosphere were very courteous and the decor festive. The rooms were quiet, clean and had microwaves and mini fridges.

Breakfast was less than ideal. The toaster's placement made it hard for the line to move efficiently. Maybe placing it at the end of the counter would be better. They were out of yogurt & there were no non pork alternatives for the breakfast meat.

Missed the mattress in the remodel

+ Staff was very helpful and friendly + Older facility, but freshly painted and clean.

- Only one working ice maker in the entire building - Mattress has been in continuous service since 1776. My wife and I had to cling to the center of the mattress to keep from rolling off the edge of each of our respective sides. Could be a warm-up platform for a local ski slope.

Very pleasant stay

The rooms and hotel were very clean. I was really amazed at how clean and nice everything was. The staff was exceptional as well. Everyone was very helpful and eager to help. It was an excellent place to stay.

the hallway carpets were super dirty, it didn’t look like they vacuumed them at all. the shower was stained.

We ate out for breakfast, but we did partake of the coffee and sweets in the morning. We loved the location and easy access. we needed the relaxation. would love to stay there again if there is vacancy when we make arrangements for our ne next visit to the Smokies. THANKS, THANKS
