Close to interstate for a quick layover
Really bad road noise in balcony room.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and was on the phone with his daughter while checking us in. He was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t need to be working there. That place is a fraud they up charge there rooms and services and Mr Patel the owner doesn’t help or accommodate his customers
Lie about booking prices. Extremely dirty lobby and staff are rude and horrible. Did not stay

The breakfast was the only part we didn’t like. We picked this place over others because they had breakfast. But we had to go out for breakfast. The hotel only had bagels cereal and hard boiled eggs still in the shell. Not a real breakfast.
Breakfast see above

Very affordable and the location can’t be beat. 2 minutes from the Smoky Mountain Flea Market and Buccees.
Ii have concerns it has been bought by Hilton, so I’m sure the price will increase.

Renovated room with balcony overlooking the parkway. Bed was so comfortable, room was clean, front desk clerk, Craig, was very nice. Overall, we had a great experience.
The only downfall was the noise from the loud vehicles on the parkway.

Convenient to Pigeon Forge
Very noisy
Housekeeping would come in to get dirty towels but did not empty trash or provide clean towels.
Basic appliances not provided—iron, ironing board, etc
The room had no drawers for putting away personal items.

Everything was great
It took a minute for our Hot Water to work

Breakfast could use some protein such as boiled eggs, bacon or sausage. But it was enough to keep stomach from growling on the road.
The rooms were nicely renovated.
There was a car show and it sounded like a racetrack the entire night, Im not sure if it's like that all the time being next to the interstate, but it was absolutely horrible! I got maybe 1hr sleep, I stopped there because I was exhausted from the bumper to bumper traffic and I don't drive well in the dark! There was also some kind of bugs in the room that fly, not sure what they were, not a roach, they were they were grey like the floor. Overall, not a good stay.

Near the intersate
Smelled old, musty and everything smelled of cigarettes; breakfast was minimal, juice tasted like water.

This hotel is in the midst of remodeling, so the exterior was under visible construction, however our rooms were in a freshly new condition, perhaps the best condition of any room I've ever stayed in.....the old beds were piled up in a stack in the parking lot, the new bed I slept on was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo comfortable! Hitting a fabulous home run with this remodel job Days Inn!!
I found a better deal online that I could only book online to save $15.....if I'm standing in your lobby, one would think you could just set up the same price and save me the hassle.

Location
No cold water, toilet leaked, toilet seat not on correct, tub drained extremely slow, scalding hot water, sink drain not connected, bedside lamps didn't work, no outlets worked, towels dirty, daytime manager had TERRIBLE customer service.. bad mouthed the owner a few times. House keepers taking linen out of room when we left room for the day. Charged for stuff that was their fault. No working pool.

The location was convenient.
So many things we didn’t like. The noise at night was awful, it sounded like we were at a race track while trying to sleep. The hotel text us and asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, when you text them back they don’t answer. We got no sleep and no warning of the noise. If you park your car under the balconies people will ash on it from smoking on the balcony. The rooms are getting redone but not fully finished yet so you get a half finished room.

Cheap price, thankfully our room was freshly remodeled but still not the greatest. Blankets smelled funny and had stains, we ended up bringing our own to sleep on.
The property is very dirty and brings a sketchy crowd around at night, overwhelming smell of weed every night, and the remodeling workers were smoking weed every time we passed. If you have young kids, 100% skip this and go to a safer hotel. Pool is also down for remodeling until "summer 2026". Laundry is outside by the main elevator, not in a separate room. We did not feel safe washing laundry here so we drove into Sevierville for a laundromat instead.

This hotel is the perfect stop for someone on a budget looking for something close to everything and you’re ok with not having perfect amenities. The beds are comfortable and pillows were perfect! The staff was also wonderful during our stay and were so kind to us even though our kids were having a not so great morning during their continental breakfast.
If you are a near freak, I’d skip this One- the bathrooms could use a little tlc, and the room wasn’t spotless. We popped in pulling through from Florida. Had we been staying for a few days I’d have asked for a deep clean. Also, the breakfast options were limited.

The desk clerk had nothing good to say about Booking.com! He argued with me about my reservation, said Booking.com is just saying we have our requested reservation (pet friendly) but they’re just there for our money. He also gave us a room that was OCCUPIED! We saw someone’s belongings all over the room!!! Lucky for them we never entered it and went straight back to the lobby where the desk clerk ARGUED with me about someone’s belongings being in it!! The facilities were adequate but because of my personal experience they weren’t adequate enough!

The staff was very friendly and courteous.
The couch was a complete disaster. I didn't want to touch it. The continental breakfast was adequate. Hotel was in the middle of being remodeled. It needed it

The room had been newly renovated and was clean and comfortable.
The balcony was absolutely nasty. No one had used a broom or wiped off the one poor excuse for a chair in a LONG time. It was horrible. It would have been nice to have sat out there and people watched. Was not told up front about this either.

Location only
The front desk employee was rude (black guy). Sorry, only description I can give. Upon entering the room, terrible musty, moldy smell, and blood spatter on the curtains. It is terribly run down, and the parking lot had about 200 mattresses outside (I'm assuming bed bug ridden.) The only thing I can say is the price was very cheap and the location was good! I wouldn't recommend it or go near again..

It was like a race track outside except between 2 and 5am in the morning. Great place and staff. The noise was
there all the time because of location. Breakfast wasnt bad wasnt great either.

Room smelled of cat pee and mold/mildew. Rat droppings behind tv stand. Pool was not open. And hidden fees for your animals. My daughters eyes swelled up and itched from staying here. Cleared up as soon as we left that hotel. No one even brought us to or towels our whole stay.

Convenient to highway, midpoint of trip. Pet friendly, pay extra depending on size of pet. Food and gas extremely close. Buc-Cees entrance is next to the hotel. Breakfast included. We stayed two nights total, going down and coming back.
Wish they would have fresh fruit and decaf coffee available. They are currently under upgrades, the parking lot has a lot of stuff around it but it was quiet in the evening and night. I did the online check in only to find out it doesn't work.

Location
Guy at front desk (weekday dayshift) was very rude. Asked if a late check out was possible (2hrs) was told no. Then was asked to leave 30 mins early by the cleaning crew.

The room was a good value for the price I paid. I appreciated the fridge and the light breakfast.
I was awoken early by renovations taking place on a higher floor. Noise from the street was pretty loud despite running the air conditioner.

Room size and facilities was excellent for the money. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast selection of pastries, waffles or cereals.
WiFi was a bit slow.
The main road could get noisy at times, though I was in a front-facing room.

location is great. for a stop along the way in your travels. Right there by Buckee's which is nice as you can grab something eat, gas up and be back on the road in no time. Sets right along the highway so it easy in and out and back on the road.
they are in the middle of a remodel of the hotel, but this has been going on for a while now. As I have stayed that this hotel last year and they were in a remodel back then also. i was traveling alone and did not like the fact that i was put in the very back of the hotel on the third floor. when i checked in the desk know this and still put me way in the back. the elevator is located in the front of the hotel only so its aways from the back of the hotel, if you get stuck in the back you need to take the steps up or walk clear around to the front. front desk was not very pleasant on checking in or out, and breakfast was not really welcome either. what sold me on this was its location for getting in a good nights sleep and getting right back on the road again without any issues.

Easy access. Nice staff. Basic breakfast but for the price of the night it's totally good.
Beds are way too high! I'm 5'4 and I had to jump to get in the bed.
Right next to the road so was a little noisy. I really didn't mind but if you're noise sensitive it could be an issue.

The location was convent the first night the staff cleaned the room and made the beds .
When I arrived because I booked through booking.com they told me I wasn’t able to use my AARP discount. They were doing construction so it was very loud and noisy I couldn’t really sleep my last day before getting back on the road and traveling 14 hrs that I checked out early. After the second night that day when we went back to the room the housekeeping didn’t even make the beds they just changed trash and put towels in the bathroom. The room had damage to a dresser and the toilet and water damage on the cieling. For the money they charge for the 3 nights to me wasn’t worth it. I don’t think I would stay there again.

The bald man who said his name is Chris yelled at me when I simply asked a question. He called my daughter Feral and said he was not even supposed to be working due to recently being released from the hospital.
The bald man was a huge jerk
