Adjoining room guest ruined the stay.

The room rate and the staff were good.

Our original check in room was great, spacious clean, quiet. Problem was the heater would not work and it was a snow storm outside. The front desk clerk stated no maintenance personnel were on site so she switched us to another room. That room was smaller and had an adjoining room. The guest in that room were loud and obnoxious. There was little to no insulation between the room and we could hear everything. Had to contact the front desk at 11:00pm and then again after midnight so we could get some rest. They were literally making animal noises at midnight. They were also making other noises I cannot describe in this forum. This was the fourth time we had stayed here and had never encountered problems like this before. Also, probably due to the weather there was almost nothing at the breakfast when I went down at 8:00am.

The property was a great location. The price was good.

Did not like about my stay there they did not clean our room the whole time we was there I had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels very disappointing. The bed was very hard made noise like it was going to cave in the lights flickered on and off did not work. The only chair in their kept dropping every time you’d raise it up to try to sit in it very disappointing. We’ll never stay there again.

ABSOLUTE NO. IM WAITING FOR REFUND.

Well, outside seems nice. Staff was initially friendly. Checked in, about 45 minutes into our stay the fire alarm goes off in the whole hotel, fire department shows up. I tried using the phone room to call the lobby to ask if we're suppose to evacuate..nothing. Just dual tone.. I use my cell, call and they said not to evacuate all is fine. Ok... I go to brush my teeth and I see two roaches climbing on the walls.. ok GOTTA GO. Load up my stuff, went to the lobby and request a refund. Gentleman was polite and understood. Stated my refund would be done by the manager and I left.. this place isnt for me FYI. The tub didnt drain either.. pics leave alot! To be desired for.. When I went to the lobby to request a refund, employee was polite and stated no problem. I gave my card to them to issue the refund and he stated it would have to be the manager.. so we will see what happens. Will update!

My experience was HORRIBLE I have called booking.com with no response to my complaint. I will NEVER use booking.com again and will never stay with this hotel it was very dirty, the shower curtain was falling out of the wall,shower drain was molded when you took a shower water went all over the floor. There was a hole in the shower wall and mold all in the bathroom. We put a complaint in with booking.com with no response also with the company of hotel. I advise people to not stay here we complain everyday and was told it would be address yet never was the whole week we stayed. I also have pictures.

The rate was great.

The beds were too high off the floor. The floors were dirty. My wife used paper towels to clean the floor and you should have seen the black dirt, grime and trash that came off the floor. The bathroom and room had a clorox smell that was not desirable. The staff was very friendly. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and waffles were the same every day. Variety is neede.

Nice room with friendly staff and good breakfast! The location was great. Not too far from anything but far enough to stay out of the bumper to bumper traffic.

No fault of the facility, but the room above us was noisy throughout all hours of the night. Over all we still enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location

Doors have to be shoved open to get into room. I was slamming my shoulder against it to get into room. From inside you have to pull with a lot of effort to get it open. It well could be a safety issue if an emergency arises.

We had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again when we return to the area.

Front desk staff was very nice and friendly at check in and when we needed extra towels during our stay. The hotel was a little older and very basic, but it was VERY clean! Our room and bathroom were VERY clean! The location was convenient to the convention center and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

One of the beds was a little squeaky. The bathroom was very small. Both of those things are minor and would not prevent us from staying here again.

Awesome location and great food options within walking distance!

The location was perfect for one night. We were able to walk to the grocery store and fill up with gas next door. It was a perfect location for us and would be happy to stay there again! We were in town for the bike rally and had a cabin rented for the rest of the time. Next year we will probably stay here for the whole time. Not having to ride motorcycles straight up a hill and stop before running into a ravine would be awesome lol

I don't think there was anything negative for any of us. This was a trip with my husband and cousin. We really enjoyed our night there! I would strongly recommend to any of our friends or family!

The beds are absolutely awful, rather noisy for a Sunday night. Was approached about a condo offer in the lobby. WiFi is frustrating and the cable remote was useless.
