I am so disappointed that at 4:01pm I called to modify the reservation because my daughter was ill. I have stayed here 3 times why I couldn’t i move the date? Or even get a call back? Poor customer service!

no accommodation for a repeat customer and when i do stay i can’t get more towels without a lecture.

Did not stay there the place was an absolute dump and we had to go get another hotel and the comfort Inn took the total

Nothing place was not clean

I canceled my reservations once I arrived and found that the place was a complete dump and the pictures were not correct and I was not going to allow my family to stay in that place with the conditions like they were I asked for a refund and instead of a refund they took 100% of the booking cost which was $618.24 and I’m very unhappy about it

There is a 25.00 charge for the shuttle to the airport which is less than 10 minutes away, and I asked if they supplied airport accommodation, but never mention a charge.

It was close to restaurants which was great seeing how I was not able to eat or drink anything that was inside the hotel.

Convenient location.

Bathroom sink clogged. Entire box of facial tissues was damp, apparently from a previous sink overflow. No curtains to pull over window, only sheers. Chipped and rusted doorframe to the bathroom. Sausage, eggs, and biscuit gravy were all lukewarm for breakfast at 7:30 .

My daughter plane was d delayed and the front desk let me check in and pay so when she got in she just picked up her key,your staff was amazing and made it nice for my family that traveled in with an new born baby……keep up the good work

The dead bolt on the room, did not lock. Was not thrilled about that. Complained to front desk and was told they did not have maintenance on staff to look at the issue that night, and it would be fixed the next day; it was never fixed the next day as promised. Was not offered a partial refund or anything.

Probably will go elsewhere. Like Springhill Suites in Plainfield is wonderful.

The couple in front of us that was checkin was given a different room 3 times and each time it was occupied. The first room I was given was dirty and dirty sheets still in it. Breakfast was good.

The front desk girl may need some more training. I think that is the issue. Spend time training and telling your employees to be kind to visitors.

When you arrive form the West Coast you biological time has not adjusted. Suggest serving breakfast to 10am If from the West Coast that is 7am. I arrived at nine was able to get breakfast as they were closing. My wife takes longer and was unable to obtain Breakfast. Dan Hagan

Close to the airport

The breakfast was terrible. Eggs & sausage were cold. They had gravy, but no biscuits. They ran out of regular waffle mix and only had strawberry. The facilities were old, outdated, and dirty. Shower was clogged. Didn’t want to sit anything down in the bathroom because it was gross. My sister got bit by something in the middle of the night. Would never stay here again.

The hotel was great &’ front desk staff was really nice

Owner was VERY rude. We had to be moved in the middle of the night due to noise above us with 8 people in one room. When we took our complaint to the manager he asked us well what do you want me to do about it?! He was very rude &’ definitely lost customers.
