First room was not in good shape. Broken lampshade, crack in shower surround, dirty tub, and there was a loud party going on right below my room. They switched my room after complaining about the party noise and that room was in great shape

Hotel was clean, everything worked, the pool was in use this time! Wish they would refill the hot tub and start using it instead of having a deck and a table over the top of it. I guess my only complaint was the breakfast. Not much variety, for the hot foods, the sausage was incredibly salty. I do appreciate the fact there's a waffle maker

Breakfast had a good variety, some of the room decor needs updated. The shower had a large crack that was repaired and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. The lamp shade needed to be replaced due to it being broken in multiple spots.

Very impressed. Everything was clean from the lobby, eating area, workout room, pool and room. Greeted with a smile after a long trip when I checked in. Close to the airport and convenient location to many eateries. Was there for Bands Of America Grand Nationals and it was about 18 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would stay here again

I had a wonderful experience at the Sonesta Essential Indianapolis Airport. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The hotel also has a nice pool and a well-equipped fitness room—both great for relaxing or getting a workout in. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, an excellent stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

The staff was great. Very nice and very helpful. The coffee machine on site is great as well. The rooms were not in the best shape but they were clean and spacy. We had our 80lb Labradoodle join us on our stay and the hotel is very pet friendly. Theres enough grassy areas around the hotel for walks.

Staff was courteous and location was good. The room - and especially the bathroom - needed some better cleaning. But realistically? We will probably stay there again. We've stayed at several of the other hotels at that same exit and this was a lower price for about the same quality.

Nice hotel. Its not the Ritz but its a fair priced hotel. Its quiet and conveniently situated around restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and nice.
