Convenient location and great price

The price was great! It had a lot of restaurants near by. Was a quick 30 min drive to Winstar casino. The hotel smelled wonderful and the room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable too.

Our room could have been a bit cleaner. Just some dust here and there. The bathroom faucet leaked and the toilet flushed very slowly while you held the handle down. And there was no bottled water to buy in the little store downstairs.

The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was good, and there was a great variety. The beds and pillows were excellent. The staff was excellent.

The key cards were not working, so the front desk had to let us in and out of our room and pool. It was a one-time, fluke event, and I know it was super hard on the staff. It was also inconvenient for the guests. I’m sure it will be fixed immediately and never happen again. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Booking.com misrepresented

The room description from BOOKING.COM was extremely inaccurate. The rooms at this hotel are half the size that the booking.com site said they were.

Very disappointed in this hotel.

Breakfast was great.

The hot tub was out of order and looked like swamp water. There was used snuff packets on the floor of our room. The water in the bathroom was either to cold or to hot to take a shower in the room we stayed in. The manager was unavailable after 6:00 in the evening so could not get anything resolved at all.

Double charged for stay.

Location charged my card for the booking I had paid for thru booking.com. They ran my credit card for incidentals, two charges were initially created - $99.39 and $25.00. On my statement they later combined to $124.39, which is the price of the stay thru booking.com. I now have to allocate time disputing the charge and getting it refunded. To be clear, this is NOT a pending charge, this charge has gone thru and been paid by my card provider.

great place!

I loved that there were healthier options for breakfast. The staff was awesome i asked for my room to be moved away from elevators there were no issues at all they happily moved us.

There was damage to the bathroom door, the sink only had hot water (VERY HOT) water. I would definitely stay there again. Other than a few minor maintenance issues everything was great.

convenient, near the interstate and food/shopping places. staff was very helpful and friendly. very clean room and comfortable beds.

telephones in the rooms did not work. we had a water leak in the ceiling and tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. we were well accommodated as we we switched to a new room. there the TV didn’t work and again the phone did not work . They tried to get the TV on but couldn’t.

The best hotel staff!!

The staff was AMAZING! I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for a slumber/swim birthday party and the staff made us feel so comfortable! They even got together and signed a birthday card and gave her a stuffed animal (which ended up being one of her favorite gifts!). The manager was so great with all the little girls at breakfast, asking them lots of questions and keeping them entertained!
