Disaster, never had issues in past.

Location

Shower had only a Trinkle of water. Maintenance was called and the problem was not resolved. And the water was not hot. Attaching photo of water available in shower. Offered new rooms four hours before my wedding.

Total disaster and failure of Marriott to resolve in a reasonable manner.

Location

Given room with no water pressure in the shower. Maintenance called but offered no resolution. Four hours before my wedding the Marriott offered a room change, which was ridiculous. Worst experience in any hotel I’ve ever had and I stayed only to have a nice experience to get ready for my wedding

Exceeded my expectations. Very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was in a good location for visiting in Ardmore and also for going to attractions nearby Ardmore. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

I always stay at this location in Ardmore and this is the first time I’ve had an issue.

Just overnight but everything was right.

We were only there overnight but the bed was comfortable, the room was warm and we got a good nights sleep. We didn't eat or use any other facilities.

It was nice until they charged me extra on my card and said a different amaount so they took extra money out of my card and said different amount when it clearly says how much they took out of my card
