Very inconvenient we almost did not stay there. Additionally, our room was not cleaned while we were there. We were told

Convenience, close to where my family live

I’ve stayed there in the past with no issues. We always bring our pet and this time we were told he could not stay in our room alone without a crate. This was third occasion staying at your facility, and we will never told a crate was necessary. We never had any issues. The person at front was somewhat short and rude, and said that it was always the rule. fortunately, our family and McAllister was able to take care of our pet while we stayed.

We enjoyed the hotel only improvements needed to be made was the pool temperature!

Place was clean, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was delicious!

The couch in the lobby was worn missing buttons, furniture was mismatched ! I called ahead about the pool being warm they assured me it was when we arrived it was too cold for us to swim!

Fresh fruit was not fresh at all. bananas were black. No bench out front for smoking.Biggest issue? Wheelchair accessible but not tub. put us on Top floor. Storm sirens went off. If power out, how to evacuate? Sign says in case of fire, elevators do not work. What do you do with a totally wheelchair bound person? Kick down the stairs?

We stayed in room 418 the room was great the 1st night but when we woke up on the second morning there was a noise sounded like pipe making noise or a bumping noise.

La Quinta provided exactly what we needed, a place to rest and refresh during a long trip.

Breakfast was as expected. Neat. Clean area. Adequate selection. Bed was comfortable and room size was excellent.

Disappointed in seating for lounging. The one chair was odd and not comfortable. Would have preferred a small couch or additional arm chair.

I got charged with a pet fee 5 times and ended up adding $125 to my room rate raising the cost to my bill. The front desk told me to contact the manager and never answered why I was charged the pet fee so many times with a single night stay and a single pet. The toilet set was broken in the bathroom in the room I stayed in and I informed them before anything never came and fixed it.
