Rest Easy, Travel happy on highway 69

My stay at Quality Inn & Suites McAlester was exactly what I needed after a long drive. The hotel feels well cared for, and the room was fresh, bright, and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details - plenty of towels, strong water pressure, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff was genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which made a difference. It's conveniently located on highway 69, easy one turn access, but still peaceful enough to get a great night's sleep. I'd definitely choose this spot again when passing through McAlester.

The hotel was great ! Everything was smooth, the room was comfortable , and the vibe was just right. I had a really great day and enjoyed my stay a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay there again, because of the breakfast.

The breakfast had a great variety of items, something for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised, didn't have to waste any time stopping somewhere else on the way for food. Because it was nighttime we had some difficulty finding the building, Also, it was snowing and the roads were icy.

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms in prime location with genuinely friendly service

The Location is perfect- easy access right off Highway 69, next to Walmart and close to everything in town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. Cleanliness throughout the property really stands out, and the beds are very comfortable. What truly makes this hotel shine is the friendly, welcoming staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great value, great comfort and great service. I would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again.

When we were at front desk there was a big group that joined for check-in, which made some delay for us. which I understand not in hand of the front desk to call extra help suddenly.

An Exceptional Stay !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quality Inn and Suites in McAlester on Hwy 69.From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. I'll definitely be coming back !

Was not impressed. We were told one price for a room and then suddenly our card was charged more.

Tv didn’t work right, hot water wasn’t very hot for showers, they told us our room would be $91. When we checked out the next day, our card showed that we were charged around $150.

I had a wonderful stay at at this hotel ! the room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast had great variety. I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby was nasty. The lobby bathroom was nasty. The lobby furniture was filthy and torn. That is as far as I went. I didn’t even attempt to stay there. I left and stayed somewhere else.

Miserable low quality facility that was once good in past, the online approval state is very misleading

Friendly staff, hot waffle maker!

The moment we walked into facility started coughing from room 221 from air quality. We are very healthy and not easily affected.Took along time to finalize checkin after signing up online for stay. The young man was new but should have received better training. Booking .com was not valid to current stay should have been like 3 stars not over 8.Breakfast was till 9 am and ran out of regular coffee before and did not refill.

They did not advised the room had an adjoining door, the heater did not work and we were under a frost advisory, other guest kept slamming doors all hours of the night!

Quality Inn & Suites McAlester on Hwy 69 is the perfect hotel for traveling through McAlester, Oklahoma. I found the rooms to be large, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed: high-speed Wifi, Refrigerator and microwave. The hot breakfast offered a variety of hot items including eggs, waffles, pancakes, meet and coffee. The friendly staff made check-in easy and offered helpful local tips. The hotel's location near Highway 69 and local amenities makes it extremely convenient for business of leisure travelers.

I wish they would add more amenities such as pool.

Smelled like smoke, dirty, run down, no TP in public bathroom, door lock was broken, bathroom sink squirts water in your face. Difficult to get to off the highway

I liked that was was super clean needs to be a little updated,but very clean i stopped on my way through town headed home just to rest for the night it were good for that I wouldn't book it for a vacation spot and the location is superb for travelers.

Wouldn’t stay there again

We didn’t have much. Waffle maker didn’t work till we told him to check the beaker. First room the deadbolt didn’t work so got another room and the bathroom door didn’t shut.

The motel has recently undergone renovations. It was clean and the value was there.

The breakfast was standard continental breakfast, pastries, waffles, yogurt, cold cereals. There was an egg offering. No meat.

Booked online & when I went to check in the front desk stated the room does not exist. They made me cancel my reservation & charged me $20+ more than I originally booked. Not a great experience.

Old and nasty

Price and would have been happy to pay more if didn't feel like I was in a dive.

This is an older property with no upgrades. No convienant plugs to charge phones etc. Sink was not at standard height, supper short, tub had a hole that had been patched with tape. Huge stain on both cushions of the couch, wouldn't even sit on it. The TV did not work upon entering the room. Called the front desk to let them know they asked me "does it have a DHMI cord?" Not my place to know just read error code on TV to her. They came up with cord, plugged it in and we had TV. Made me think this was common practice. I guess they are afraid people will steal them.
