The rooms were good , clean and reasonable. If you are looking for 3 to 5 star motel this is not it.

There was no breakfast. I have stayed there the last few years, nothing fancy, just a clean place to sleep. The breakfast room was under repair, did have coffee.

I would not stay there again unless I could see the room first.

Black mold in the bathroom. Bedroom area was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I would have given the place a good rating if it wasn’t for the mold on the woodwork going into the bathroom, the bathroom door at the bottom and around the toilet. Need to remodel that portion of room 115. Room smelled of mold.

The bed was nice.

I prepaid ($70.17) The next morning 2 hrs after we checked out I looked at my bank statement they had charged us (besides the $70.17) another $75 & $50 fee. I called; he said the 50 was a service fee, he kept the 75 as the payment of the room which he shouldn't have done cause the total payment when I prepaid was $70.17. 2 days later I was reimbursed the 70.17, so he made $5. Will not stay there again. I understand maybe a small charge for damage fee but it makes it hard financially when they double charge and all these fees come out while you're on vacation, makes it hard to enjoy the trip when funds are coming out of your checking 1 1/2 times the room amount. The maid cleaned the room good.

When we got there, the room was very, very hot We left came back 2 hours later, and the room was still in the high 80s low 90s they would not change just rooms. The desk person came up and said it was fine to him and raised his voice with me .We had to go buy a fan just to circulate the air to where it would cool down. Also, they knew it's a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, and there is only 3 towels. Had to go ask for extra towel.

Pet friendly

Supposed to have breakfast and there wasn't. The walls were thin, you could hear everything from traffic to when someone in other rooms turned on their water. The bathroom door was rotten from water I'm assuming. Trash in the ditches. Tampon applicator found in ditch. Never will stay there again.

I would've rather stayed ay any other hotel in town. I will NEVER stay here again.

I was charged an extra $5 for booking online. Everyone books online... just ridiculous. I was also charged a $50 dollar deposit even though i paid with a credit/debit card. I was also told the $50 would immediately be returned and available in my account as soon as i checked out, but when i checked out i was told it would be 3 days before the $50 would be back in my account. They didn't even check the room before they started the refund, so what's the point of wasting my time. I was also called on the room phone and harassed by the staff because i didn't notice there paper sign that said i couldn't leave the little breakfast area with my C- rated breakfast and bring it back to my room.. which is completely ridiculous to begin with, never mind calling me and harassing me over it. The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom was so small you if you have clostraphopia you won't be using it. And there was banging in the walls and in the pipes all night long next door like they were making some repairs.

I didn't like that i was over charged, i didnt like that i was lied to, i didn't like a dirty room, i didnt like being scolded and i didnt like being kept awake all night with construction noises.

The staff is definitely as great as the last owners/staff. just be prepared to pay 45 dollars more on arrival with 5

staff is friendly and helpful. comfortable rooms for the most part with excellent heat and a/c

They charged me 55.00. Deposit. When I checked out I got 50.00 back. They kept 5.00. For cleaning. Never staying in any one of these hotels
