The woman who worked upfront was amazing. I absolutely loved her.

The bathroom was cleaned. The toilet was gross. I told the woman upfront about it and she went in there and cleaned it. She was amazing and so understanding. She’s very sweet and made my day. I’m not sure what her name is but I’d definitely up her pay grade

I had a hard time finding the hotel. The location is conveniently located in town but was a little hidden for me to find. My GPS took me to another hotel down the street. Luckily I called and the front desk worker helped get me there.

Clean overall. Staff was cordial. Facilities in good shape. Quiet room and atmosphere.

Advertised breakfast.. none of any type offered. Coffee only in lobby. No ice bucket only bags. Air conditioner wasnt cooling. Said they would check it.. no evidence of that happening. Luckily it was cool. No maid service of any type until we asked about the overflowing trash and no towels. Said we had to ask for it.. didnt mention that at check in.

Horrible safety. If real fire, they were worried more about turning Alan off before fire dep

Hotel was in dark bad area. Soon as I checked in and paid, fire alarm started going off. Staff couldn’t get turned off but trying that instead of evacuating. Asked for cancellation and money back as staff was just stating it was false alarm before clearing facility of fire.

Good value at a budget price

We’ve stayed here several times on our way to Houston. Very comfortable for its price point. The mattress was a little softer than I prefer. However, the shower head was possibly the best I’ve encountered anywhere, with great water pressure. No breakfast served here (go to The Original Egg down the street!), so a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.
