The breakfast was ok

The property is border line filthy. The whole facility needs a deep cleaning. The front entrance ,the elevator , the carpet in the hall way(look at the edges along the walls) the ceiling vent in kitchen area dripping with fuzz and debris. I couldn’t believe it. Must not be a manager at this facility. Some one needs to address these issues. Definitely not Holiday in Inn expectations.

I booked the room for overnight travel, to sleep. There was a large wedding party. A staff member kept letting people in the pool area after it was suppose to be locked. I called the front desk at 1am, 2:30am and 4am due to noise. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. To only receive $50 off my room is a bit ridiculous.

The staff were rude, stared way too much, and did not have manners. There were roaches in our room, and the tub was very clogged and they would not fix it.

Really enjoyable! Comfy beds, nice space and great to have fridge, keurig and microwave. Nice bathroom space and sparking clean! GREAT water pressure , too. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and the breakfast was amazing!

Problem with door operation to get in the room. Had to try over and over again before the door Lock would disengage.

Bed was uncomfortable, stool was dirty, first room we was put in had not been cleaned, no shampoo, conditioner or hand soap or lotion in dispensers. Try some place else.

Breakfast was low stocked and cold. We had to ask a couple of time for different items to be restocked. There was mold in our shower and the shower curtain caving into the shower.

Good breakfast but area was crowded and blocked entrance to elevators and desk. Staff for checking in and out was sparse - very polite and helpful but seemed understaffed. Other staff was present but unable to assist.

Ok, a bit overpriced

Location and lone staff member was very nice.

Bed sheets were either dirty or stained--huge yellow mark on them. Stay happily changed them when I asked, but this was not a mark that would have been missed so why was it there? Bedding that came with pull out sofa looked dirty too. Pool/hot tub was closed for season.
