Great location for us. Spacious and pleasant room. Very personable and professional desk agent.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and wanted to be helpful.

- the cockroach in the bathroom - the next room they gave me had disgusting carpet, I worked at the desk in the room and a bug found me and bit me 3 times before I realized I had a small brown beetle on me and was being bitten. - I barely slept that night, left at 6 am and drove to a shared office space in Denton TX so I could make a meeting I had planned to take from my room. - the young man at the front desk was dismissive of me when I complained about the room and told me I had to complain through Booking.com, snd Booking.com says that’s not true.

This is a lovely hotel. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The staff were all friendly and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room wonderfully cool all night.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was lacking. Room smelled like smoke. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were marked Out of Order in lobby.

Friendly staff, elevator because I'm getting old & my suitcase is always heavier than it should be, & most of all very clean.

My only complaint is the key card had to be reset every day of our 3 day stay

I left 2 brand new Charger cords in the room, one for my phone, one for my IPad. Wrapped them up, put them in small zip lock bag. Left them in room by mistake. After numerous calls to hotel, they say they were not found. I feel certain, the housekeeper who cleaned that room must have taken them.
