As soon as you walk in, you hit with a smell of cigarette smoke, which is ironic because they tell you that their rooms are smoke free and there’s a fine for I definitely had a cigarette smell as soon as you walked in the room was a little musty in the bed was absolutely uncomfortable

Convenient

The chair you had in the room with roller should be on a Mat. I went to sit down in it and it rolled out and I fell on the floor and hurt my back. It was very easy to roll away. No control for the car.

It was not to my liking missing items for special non-gluten diets

Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Very courteous staff.

It was nice having a kitchen

The bed made so much noise it kept waking my baby up. The springs poked me in the back all night. The floor was dirty and had chunks of drywall in places. The pictures showed carpet with a couch, but I got hard floor that made the room echo and a chair that was super uncomfortable. The curtains didn't work all the way, so we had sun or street lights pouring into the room.

I like the coffee and oatmeal for breakfast, also the gym for exercise.

The breakfast would be better if milk and bagel or bread could be served. The buttons on treadmills are broken and difficult to operate.

Space of room

The fact it is advertised as breakfast is included and then at check-in we are told it is a grab and go, with coffee and muffins and granola bars. There were no granola bars and the area had a vending machine, which to me is not what I would call included

Location and check in staff were fine. Bed was not bad. Room was clean.

“Breakfast” was only one breakfast bar for 2 people at 8:35 on Sunday morning. We were told they had no more…. Not even an “I am sorry”. Would never go there again or recommend. Will never go to “extended stay” anywhere again either.

The staff was very rude & hateful. When I complained about the hotel the pregnant gal at front desk told me I was welcome to find a different hotel!! It was an extended stay hotel & was supposed to provide dishes & things to make your stay comfortable. Not only was there no dishes, there was NO electricity in the kitchen area, the heater/ac units whole front was broken, the room was FILTHY!! Dusty everywhere as if it hadn’t been dusted in a very long time, not only no dishes, there was not even a plastic cup in the bathroom! I looked everywhere for an ice machine but there was none, I went to the front desk & asked where I could get ice & she said “in your freezer”, I explained there is NO ice in the freezer & no cups. She went in the back & got me 2 glasses & only enough ice to fill 1 of the Gallup half way!! We was exhausted from driving for many hours & didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to find another hotel, packing everything along with our dog so we was basically forced to stay! I wanted to take a hot bath & when I opened the shower curtain I was blown away how FILTHY the tub was! I literally had to use a rag & bar soap & scrub the soap scrum that was caked on! I was so grossed out! The bar soap wasn’t cutting the scum so I had to use makeup remover & makeup remover wipes to after around 40 minutes to get the tub clean enough to use it. The tubs drain evidently was clogged with hair because it took FOREVER for any water to drain! I was scared to walk barefoot because the floors also hadn’t been cleaned since God only knows!! The hotel included breakfast but there was NO BREAKFAST!! I asked the hateful pregnant gal about it & she said the shipment hadn’t came in, there is NO BREAKFAST! At this point it didn’t surprise me. When my husband was taking he grabbed a towel off the towel rack & it has a big chunk of some kind of nasty slime on it!!

I think you shouldn’t advertise that you include breakfast. A coffee machine and granola bars next to vending machines is pushing it, remembered this from my last stay there.

It was dirty and very loud

Mainly, it was dirty. It didn’t look like it had been detailed cleaned.

The breakfast was really a disappointment. We were expecting a continental however it was a choice of instant oatmeal, coffee and tea.

Breakfast was just a muffin and cereal bar.. Coffee was great though!

Everything was perfect. The lady that checked me in was awesome. Think her name was Payton. The manager guy was really helpful with information about where to eat. He recommended Captain John's for seafood (great choice). And he keeps a really clean and friendly hotel.

the property was very nice. full kitchen I didn’t need all that since I just needed a place to sleep. the issue was the price I got on Booking was $64. great since I only needed a place to sleep. the hotel was listed as pet friendly. when I arrived I was charged an additional $25 plus tax for my dog. that was upsetting. and it was just too late for me to find someplace cheaper. I think that should have been in the bookings listing.

The rooms that I stayed in were clean, However there was an issue with the toilet when I booked on May 23, 2023. In that particular room there was a pungent, unpleasant odor. It smell so bad, I called my friends on the second day to use their bathroom. I did not go into the restroom for the two days because i couldn't deal with the smell.

Very clean and nice place. I would stay here again. Modern facility and comfortable. My mom and I enjoyed our stay here.

The pillows and bed were comfortable and the ac was cold

The day staff woman is beyond hateful It says pet friendly but that's a lie they're only dog friendly they said we couldn't stay because they don't like cats terrible customer service

My husband had stayed at this property the previous 2 weeks before. He was charged the correct amount as stated. This time, however, they also charged a $100 deposit for "incidentals". He was not charged this the previous 2 weeks before. He was told that if the room he was in was found to be satisfactory, he would get the $100 back. He only checked out yesterday so we will see. No where on their site does it say anything about this charge. I do know that they DO NOT provide a fully stocked kitchen with the necessary items needed to cook a meal. They do not provide a coffee maker. They do provide coffee in the breakfast area in the mornings. Luckily I sent him there with pots and pans and utensils.
