Wonderful and relaxing stay. Much needed break from stress of work.

My 2nd time staying here. Has an amazing pool and hot tub. Very clean the the chlorine doesn't burn your eyes, the lights are low and calming. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Staff is super friendly and easy fast check in.

The remote in my room didn't work. Luckily I hardly watch TV anyways and enjoyed the pool and bed the most. I did tell the front desk at checkout so the next person didn't have to worry.

It was a good stay. We'll stay there again as we have family in the area.

Breakfast was good and the eating area was very clean & well maintained. The attendant ( lady ) was very nice and she kept very busy cleaning and maintaining the entire area.

We were on the 3rd floor and the occupants ( children ? ) on the 4th floor were noisy.

A pleasant one night stay

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and a decent size for everything we needed. The inclusion of a coffee machine was appreciated. We loved the pool and the hot tub. However, we were disappointed to find that the sauna was not working. Please fix it! The breakfast is acceptable by American standards: it includes oatmeal, eggs, bread, and even some gluten-free (GF) options. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Be careful with the water in the room: if you are not a HH silver or above - you'll have to pay $1 per bottle.

Location!! Loved the seating area, we had a lot of families staying at the hotel to attend a funeral so we had a great place to gather! We checked out without having breakfast so sorry I can’t rate breakfast.

Friendly staff.

We checked in around 10:30 p.m., and after a long drive, we wanted a cup of coffee ( decaffeinated), but by then, it wasn't fresh The manager, K'Lea F. offered to make a new pot just for us. She was very nice, very friendly and welcoming She explained to us that the hotel was under construction ( remodeling), so somethings might not be likely they should. I loved the updated decor. Beautiful pictures on the wall and furnishings. Breakfast was good. Will definitely go back.

I didn't see a fitness center. Perhaps it's still under construction.

Good breakfast. Hard Mattress.

This was an over-night stop on a road trip. We chose Hampton Inn because of our past experiences at other properties. Location was convenient. I like the bedding that's used (soft warm comforter). Breakfast was very good. The property is under remodel but it did not impact our stay.

I mention this because it's the reason we choose Hampton Inns... the mattress. Think of a brick supported by squeaky springs. After hours of driving, we had started counting down to the comfy Hampton bed (Hubs learned this from 15 yrs of work travel). We even spent a little more because we feel Hampton offers the best bed and a restful night. It was a sad night of sore hips and achy back. But hey, I was warm!

It has not been updated. The caulking in the shower was molded and chipping off. The maid did not make up our room. I had to go to the desk for clean towels and they made me feel like it was an odd request

The room was clean and on the 4th floor. There was a sofa sleeper and a large desk in the room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Love the Hampton in McAlester, ok, our favorite place to stay when we go visit the grandkids.

Rooms always clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and filling. My husband particularly liked the sliced polish sausage. And as a neat bonus they also had red velvet waffles this time.

Not great, but ok for one night

Quiet and standard room as expected

The staff weren't very helpful. The washing machine was broken, there was only one washing machine for the entire hotel. Floors were really sticky. Compared to the Hampton inn in Ridgecrest, it was well below expectations.
