Friendly staff and a good value for a short stay.

Very friendly staff who greeted me warmly and seemed genuinely kind. They were there the next morning and said it was nice to meet me in a genuine way. I felt welcomed.

The room I stayed in what handicap accessible. The bathroom needs to be updated to actually be accessible for someone in a wheelchair, e.g. install a toilet paper holder and lower both the shower head and shampoo/conditioner containers to be within reach. I didn’t need these accommodations but someone who does wouldn’t be able to reach.

Felt like a motel 6, not a suite

The location was fine.

No toilet paper in the room, stains on sheets and towels, dirty baseboards and bathroom garbage can. The toilet seat was worn. Only two tiny towels even though we got the double queen suite. The exercise room was out of service. The pool had no water and was out of service. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and when we looked at it with phone light to get it to work, it was dirty and moldy in there. Breakfast had no milk, or refrigerated food, hardly anything out for breakfast. The outside door should have been locked to the outside, but wasn’t so anyone could walk in.

Basically went there to sleep and shower. Our event was an hour away.

Bed wad comfortable took a shower. The water was nice and hot TV didn’t work wrong. A sock near the bed and scribbling. Looks like a toddler was sit down and play with the postcard. The bed and shower was the best.

The room is decorated nicely Water pressure in the shower was good The location is right off the interstate so it was super convenient We had 2 rooms- one room was clean and smelled nicely- the other one was just the opposite

The pool was empty The room had a terrible odor like mold/mildew The tv didn’t work right The shower temperature water could not be regulated properly. It was scalding hot- be careful!! The breakfast buffet needed work- there was no milk for the cereal and only had biscuits and gravy and waffles The juice tasted as though it had been sitting for a while or the container needed cleaned

We decided not to stay, we he room and facility were dirty that we asked to be checked out. The room was not changed over from the previous guest. Bed still had hair in the bed and woman’s clothing on the floor.

A complete lack of sleep.

The TV didn't work. There was no phone in the room to contact the office. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. But the main thing was the mattress on the bed. It was absolutely horrible. It was like sleeping on the side of hill. I would have asked for another room as soon as I saw the state of the mattress, but my husband had already climbed in bed on the downhill side. I reported this to the manager the next morning when I checked out. So I would probably choose a different hotel the next time I am in the area which could be soon as we have family there.

I had booked this facility for vacation. I’m a nurse and only get so many vacation days per yr. I had specifically booked this facility because it was advertised with having a pool. When I checked in the pool was closed and had been for over a yr. This is very miss leading.

Shout out to Amanda, who helped us check in! Overly tired Travelers, I had seen the town coming up and was looking for a room, to sleep 6, one night only. They had a room, and I booked it for the wrong night. She fixed my mistake and got us into a room that fit all of us! Thanks a million! ~MN Family

as soon as we got the walked in the room the top lock on the door broke. We were not moved to another room, couldn’t get fresh trash bags. 2nd shift worker, with the nose rings and bleached hair was super rude, and condescending.
