Good size bathroom.

Was not given the room that I paid for. Two queen size beds turned out to be one bed and a pull out sofa. You couldn't use the pull out sofa because the TV stand/bureau was in the way and too heavy to move. The staff blamed it on booking.com.

Need to change advertising. Not as listed.

Staff was put out with any questions. Microwave in room didn’t work (although they did replace). The room was clean but the rest of property was dirty. Was not informed that it was extended stay and that there was no breakfast included. Each time I approached staff I was told how busy they were. Waited twenty four hours for clean towels.

We were able to relax and unwind, as we hoped.

The suite was perfect for us. We were able to utilize the kitchen to allow us to relax in the quiet. Location gave us easy access to all that we had planned to see.

The only 2 minor things, were the tub stopper was broke, no issue. And ice maker on our floor was down. Had to go to other floor for ice. No big issue.

When I checked in I was told that if I needed extra towels or anything since ai will be here for several days to just let them know. Well I just went to the desk and was stopped by a woman working in the laundry room by the front desk. She asked what I needed and I asked for a couple towels and an extra blanket. I was told that due to using an exchange service I couldn’t get extra towels and that all blankets were in use so she didn’t have one to give me. This is not good service Also our balcony door won’t open

It was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the water was very hot, no warm like other motels. Even though we didn’t use it, the kitchenette was nice and it was nice to have a big fridge in a room for a change.

The room was comfortable, but the AC was set on 65 and it never got real cool. The AC blew up into the curtains so the air blew between the curtains and window. The biggie is we travel to Branson, MO several times a year and they need this place there!

Friendly staff, nice kitchenette, handful of silverwear, plates, pots and pans provided. Shower and bath water gets very hot which is great for soaking. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Manager with an attitude.

The room was nice.

The Manager's Attitude. The staff was very polite the day before our stay. I called and scheduled a late check-in, for their front desk closes at 9pm. The person told me that they would go ahead and change my credit card and leave me a key in one of their late check in boxes, and give me the box number and password. Around 8:30pm the day of our stay. I received a pretty nasty call from the manager demanding I call her back as soon as possible because they were closing in 30 minutes. I had to pull over to call her and she was fairly rude and wanted to know what time we would be there. I explained to her that I had called the day before and scheduled a late check-in. She very gruffly said, well it's not noted in your file. And proceeded to angrily tell me all the details again and that I should have been there by 9pm, if I was going to book at her location. I apologize to her. I said I couldn't help that, the information had not been noted, for I had called. The next morning the lady at the desk was very helpful. However, trust me if I cannot be there before 9 p.m. I will probably never book at that location again. I also have another issue. All their websites say that they allow pets, and serve breakfast. There was no breakfast available and Very clearly when talking to them they do not allow any pets. Another words false advertisement.

Hmmm. Furniture placement?!

Location was ok..

Staff said "Breakfast has been discontinued couple weeks ago." In the room, there was a fall hazard. Refer to applicable room # assigned. The TV, placed on furniture, was positioned next to edge of the bed. There was no walk space to safely walk from that right side of the king bed. Guest had to climb over, in bed, to other side of bed to get out of the bed!

Clean comfortable and great location with a good price

The night clerk, Felicia, was awesome. She went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean. (And I am very picky about cleanliness) We would definitely stay there again.

There were no issues with my stay other than someone on my floor was obviously smoking pot. The smell smacked me in the face as soon as I opened the door to my room. That wasn’t the fault of the hotel though. I was traveling by myself, so it was a perfectly good hotel for just me. If I was with my family, I would still consider it, although I have a special needs son and a pool is typically necessary for us due to that. Otherwise, for the price, I have no complaints and would recommend it for someone that doesn’t need or care about all the bells and whistles. I’m a pretty basic person, so it was perfect for me. It’s basically a little apartment, as the bed was in a separate room with it’s own door.

No major complaints. Tub was a little too slippery and I was nervous that I would fall in the shower. Could use some minor repairs/upgrades, but nothing major.

They didn’t have the room described at time of booking so gave me another room which was not acceptable so finally asked for refund and they obliged.

Unwelcoming staff - the trainee was fine, but not the trainer.

We had a place to sleep for the night.

Got in about 20 minutes before check in after a driving all day. Waited 15 minutes before the staffer wearing a “waiting for the weekend” shirt walked in and told us that check in is in 5 minutes, so we then waited longer. She then proceeded to train a new employee and essentially made us feel like a burden or that we were in trouble for something. Some ‘highlights’ include: “This is when we tell them all the rules” followed by all the things we weren’t allowed to do as though we were children. She made a point to say “before you ask, there’s no breakfast.” There was no “thanks for coming” or “enjoy your stay” or anything of the sort. Will not be staying at an Affordable Suites in the future.

Overall, it was a good stay

Everyone was nice and the property was clean

No breakfast was served and the pool is not going to be opened! Also, for about an hour or so, we had to listen to a continuous alarm during a storm also resulting in us having to walk up to the 4th floor due to the elevator not working. I’m a heart patient and that wore me out!

Breakfast was advertised under booking.com but there was no breakfast. The room was nice and plain.

I was disappointed that when I booked the room booking.com stated there was a breakfast when I got there there wasn't. The young person named Felicia wearing a heifer ball cap was very unfriendly, rude and could use some lessons and training regarding customer service. I have my own business and if I would have witnessed her training a customer in the manner that she treated me I would have fired her on the spot.

Breakfast fair at best. Seems like every corner has been cut by new owners to save money...it shows. Starbucks machine broken entire time, so basically serving truck stop coffee at bfst, ugh. Only bananas offered for fresh food. Room, bed, shower all fine. Staff was nice enough. Price was right.

Great hotel stay

The location and room size were great. The stocked kitchen was a huge plus and we loved the living room area. It had enough space for us to both do remote work. The front desk was also super friendly.

The breakfast was lackluster every morning unfortunately. I feel like that's the one area they could really improve on. There was also a weird liquid dripping down the elevator door on the first floor that was offputting.
