Great hotel for the money. I was treated wonderfully by the front desk girl. Breakfast was great addition to the stay. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I booked through Expedia and this is the second time I have booked to have a pool but upon checking in the pool was not open. This should be updated on the sites so that people are aware of amenities that are not available at the time of booking.

I can’t say enough on how the staff made our stay outstanding. I’ve never met a more professional and welcoming group of people in one establishment as we did for the week we stayed at the Bentonville Arkansas location. We look forward to our next visit and will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know.

This was a business trip for our company, Morgan Dual Controls. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I did not rate it. Two amazing employees stood out ... Abigail at the Happy Hour lounge and Cedric at the Front Desk. Both of these employees were extremely personable and a joy to talk with. Because of these two employees, if my husband and I ever travel through Bentonville again we will definitely book our stay at this La Quinta Inn & Suites.
