Pleased with the stay

Breakfast was good Stayed the night before and couldn’t sleep Mom is in hospice. Went down to get a coffee at 4:00 and most of the breakfast was out. Very pleased to be able to get a start on my day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The maids were also friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and breakfast was very good! A great experience! Oh and the king size bed was so comfy!!

My first stay in Bentonville

Nice and clean. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Of course the complimentary breakfast was great.

Our room was close to the main road and the traffic noise was horrible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. What we liked the most was that it was clean. That is our most preferred requirement where we stay.

The TV lineup was awful. When you're tired from traveling it would be nice to have decent shows to watch on TV. May think about adding streaming channels.

Party over guest

The breakfast was good.

We could not use the pool because there was a party going on in the courtyard and pool with people drinking, yelling, and playing loud vulgar music. We were on the second floor and our windows looked out over the courtyard, we could hear the party until after 11pm. If you needed to go to you car you HAD to walk thru this party.I did call the front desk and asked them to at least have them turn down the music at 930 because the thumping was rattling the window. The music never did turn down until 1030pm then it was kids yelling and dragging the metal furniture all over the courtyard. At one point the front desk staff was hanging out with everyone at this party.

Would come again to sleep and hang , not to eat breakfast

The swimming pool and spa , the soaps in the bathrooms so we didn’t have to buy shampoo and conditioner and body wash.

The food - breakfast sucked - the sausage patties were burnt thin and hard , made it hard to crunch . The juice mechine was broken so u had to have hot tea or water or milk .
