Beautifully renovated

An older property that has been exceptionally renovated. It looks and smells brand new! It was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast is continental, but the best of its kind. I really enjoyed it! The price was amazing for such a nice property.

Location was great. We were greeted by very friendly staff. Good value for the room.

Everything was great except we could not get through to them. Their phone line would ring once and then drop the call. Very frustrating because we had changes that we wanted to make, but had to wait until we got there to do so. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Great location for our concert at the Walmart AMP and close to all the things we did over the weekend.

We would have liked a few more options at Breakfast but glad that the coffee was good.

Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Ladies who staff the breakfast room did a very good job. Convenient location, close to many resturants and places of interest in Bentonville.

The location is great as there is a lot of restaurants near by, the only thing I didn’t like is that you have a hard time getting out of the hotel parking lot onto the main road because there is a lot of incoming traffic from both ways but it seems like all hotels around have the same problem as they are on a busy road.

I was charged more than promised by booking.com.

It was continental breakfast and was not advertised as such. was not very good.

They over charged me and when I brought it to their attention they said they don't always line up with booking.com pricing.

Overall loved staying here. Was right next to where the event I was attending was. Easy walk.

Was able to keep the room nice and cold. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Front desk lady was very friendly and sweet.

The building outside of the room was sweltering hot. (Hallways, lobby, etc.) The soda machine downstairs was cheaper than the one upstairs.?

Never Going Here Again.

Location was good u guess. Not for me. But generally. I suppose they had a good spot.

Why put the towels outside the room the shower is in? That's ridiculous. Besides that , people coming up to your window on the bottom floor just trying to peek in, weird. The staff was mediocre, borderline complacent or rude. It was just ...meh...not great at all. The rooms were dirty.. and when i left, i forgot my phone there, I had to call 3 times before someone ad.itted they found it and would let me retrieve it. Overall the place sucked.

It was run down looking with tarps on doors, peeling paint, etc. also tv was not working because it had been in plugged behind and had to have someone come fix. I was not the only customer this happened to.
