Comfy and clean but needs a few upgrades.

The shower for my eighty two year old mother in the handicapped suite was amazing.

The breakfast was the first day was inedible. Watery gravy, sausage that smelled wrong, No sugar in the building for coffee. The next two days, I just got coffee from seven brew down the street. The Buttered Biscuit in town had an amazing breakfast. The jacuzzi was old and had a funky rim of scum. The indoor heated pool was freezing.

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. We stayed here because it was located very close to the hospital where my first great-grandson was born.

Everything was great besides the elevator breaking down and not able to fix it quickly

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, pool was well taken care of and breakfast was decent. Love the strawberry juice at breakfast and everything was fresh.

Elevator broke on our second day there on a Friday and we were on the top floor with a family of five and the adults have bad backs and knees.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was better than most. Pool and hot tub were working and appeared clean.

It wasn’t bad enough to bother someone about, but the bathroom had a foot print and hair in the floor. Another 60 seconds of housekeeping would have earned a 10/10.

Hotel is centrally located in Bentonville to downtown and highway access.

Convenient location due to proximity to highway and downtown Bentonville.

Requested handicap room since the room was for my parents. They did not receive one. The bathroom did not have bars to help those with disabilities . The tub floor was slick & needed non-slip adhesive stickers and there were no hooks in the bathroom.

AC/heat unit does not have a fan option that remains running. Unit kept turning off after cooling and back on to cool. Was disruptive to sleep. Thankfully, beds were comfortable.

We did not get what was advertised, Booking.com contacted Comfort Suites, who were unresponsive.

The staff was friendly and was helpful as much as possible and the breakfast was good. The woman who was in charge of that was very conscientious and made sure the food was hot and plentiful.

The amenities were not as advertised. Daily cleaning of the room was advertised but, when we arrived, we were told they only had maid service on Wednesdays and Saturdays -- not good for a six day stay. A wine and beer reception with hors d'oeuvres and cookies, which was advertised Monday - Thursday was not offered at all. The front desk said it had been canceled years ago. I asked why it was still advertised and was told it should not have been. The hot tub jets did not work. We booked the hotel for the amenities and they were not as advertised!! We would not stay there again.

Terrible service , rude staff

front desk staff was rude . I actually lost my temper ( which does not happen) with the man at the desk. We had trouble with both our key cards immediately and he acted like he was not going to fix them!!! I will never be back

Comfortable Clean Convenient

Great location to get around town esp to the Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. The lobby smelled really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, couch, fridge and microwave.

Wished that the swimming pool hours would be a bit earlier (opens at 10am). Cheap plastic one cup coffee maker (solution: Starbucks available nearby-3min drive) As with everywhere these days post Covid19 situation, they seemed to have been short staffed but they were working really hard to accommodate every guest's needs.
