Nobody stayed in their room. Always people roaming the halls and sitting in the stair case. Couldn’t even get a drink without being sexually harassed.

If you have done back-packing you will be fine.

It was the cheapest option, the room was spacious, and had a Holy Bible as well. I consider the Holy Bible as very thoughtful for those in a journey. The A/C was pretty good too to warm up the room. It has everything you may need like iron.

The room smelled cigarette smoke, and the corridors also had a smell. The bed felt a bit itchy some time. The fridge has rusty stains on the side. The water wasn't that warm. The Wi-Fi was slow from time to time.

Don't stay here!

Staff was nice

2 days of cold showers. No coffee. Dirty room. Everything falling apart. Thug grabbed me in stairwell. Loud music and stomping late night from long term residents. Suspicious activity from all tenants I interacted with. Upon checkout multiple sheriffs were on site. I would not recommend this place and won't be back. Fix it for Bentonville sake!

The staff was nice and the room was affordable. Good location close to restaurants and the airport.

Dirty refrigerator and walls, no in room coffee or even cups! No hairdryer and they only had one shampoo pack. And a few bugs that found their way in. I wouldn't stay here again.

No longer reserve

You did can sleep at night with noise when you are tired.

No slides, no any cookwares, need buy them by yourself. no daily trash pick up and no any room clean service although you stay over there for 8days. Was bit by a beetle in the bed. Big water pressure when you take a shower.

I was allowed to check in at 12:30 instead of waiting until 3 pm and that was so helpful because I was exhausted from the drive.

My in between life stages was made easier and more comfortable here.

I wish I could get my money back due to the above listed items.

It was dirty and it smelled like cigarette smoke. In the bathroom you could only take a shower. The piece that usually moves to change the shower to a bath was welded and you couldn’t change it. The pressure of the shower only came out about 2-3 inches so you had to stand very close to the front wall of the shower.

Terrible smell on room 214. window screen is broken. We asked to be transferred and room 323 is dirty. We suck it up as we understand we are not checking in a 5 star hotel. We prepay for 2 nights. Terrible decision. Middle of the night fire alarm went on. we also understand things like those happen but as soon as the firemen left, fire alarm is again triggered and its completely inhabitable. I dont know why but it means either the building is not checked or well maintained therefore fire alarm keeps turning on. Everyone left. I feel bad for the people who just want a decent sleep and need to work the next day. All had a terrible night. Asked for a refund since we didnt used our 2 nights stay completely. Supervisor is avoiding the call. We understand they can be busy and are also staff but I think proper training should be done. No one up to this day responded to any email/ calls.

The room was awful, the mattresses were sunken in, only two pillows - had to ask for more, linoleum floors were cold, AC did not work - we couldn't get the fan to stay on, loud kicking on an off and very seldom on. The smell on our end of the hallway was terrible - moldy, dirty smelling.

No coffee pot and this is an extended stay hotel. A few breakfast items would be nice like packaged pastries, some fruit., Coffee.

Great for construction workers!

The staff was very accommodating for hat they had to offer.

A Lot! No coffee in the room nor even an ice bucket. If you can find the hotel you'll be lucky! If you need Ice you'll need your own container and you must return to the 1st floor to get it. The entire hallway and room reeked of tobacco smoke. The only rooms available due to football game and Pop's Day at the University. Burn holes everywhere curtain barely hanging. AC face detached and control cover laying in the floor. Although it had a cooktop, full size fridge/freezer (no ice trays) Kitchen sink and microwave no utinsils, pots, pans nor dishes. No Do Not Disturb sign! After getting in after midnight and trying to relax (with no comfortable chairs) we were awakened 2x by housekeeping

the front desk lady was nice

the entire building smelt of smoke. definitely a smokers hotel, bathroom, fridge were both dirty, the sheets were stained and there were cigarette buts in the window seal. we had to wash everything, even if it was not worn, we brought with us because it all smelled when we got home.

Many outlets didn’t work. No shampoo or hair dryer provided. Heard dogs barking from next door doggy daycare very early in the morning. No covering on overhead lights. Very dim lighting. Small tv. Poor wifi.
