Enjoyed the indoor water park.
Charged a $250 deposit. Bear in mind nothing can be charged to your room so this amount is more than I have paid at a property for a deposit. Did not receive an invoice at checkout and have to wait to get the deposit back.

Love the watermark and guest services are always nice and friendly.
we were given a handicap room, everything was lowered to the floor. I did not like this. When calling to ask if it could be changed they said the reservation was booked that way and we could not move rooms. The water always gets cold after filling the jacuzzi half way had to wait 30 minutes in between to get it filled up with hot water.

bathroom sink and tub was stopped up, exaust fan in not working, I was told there would be a desk: no desk. Light/fan switch in bedroom behind the TV. Big lump in floor in front of patio door. I had to move a dinning room chair into the bathroom so I had room to put something on. Table was not clean, when I cleaned it, then I had a place to put my lap-top. Very plain and drab
Very uninviting, not a friendly stay. Would I stay at Wyndom again? No.
