Everything about the property and location. It was wonderful. Hate that we can't book next year, but I think that speaks to how great the place is!
The only complaint we had is more security for the door. And a stick or more heavy lock for patio door. Our toddler was able to easily unlock both doors which was a major concern for us.

Enjoyed the indoor water park.
Charged a $250 deposit. Bear in mind nothing can be charged to your room so this amount is more than I have paid at a property for a deposit. Did not receive an invoice at checkout and have to wait to get the deposit back.

bathroom sink and tub was stopped up, exaust fan in not working, I was told there would be a desk: no desk. Light/fan switch in bedroom behind the TV. Big lump in floor in front of patio door. I had to move a dinning room chair into the bathroom so I had room to put something on. Table was not clean, when I cleaned it, then I had a place to put my lap-top. Very plain and drab
Very uninviting, not a friendly stay. Would I stay at Wyndom again? No.
