Wonderful stay! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We visited for my daughter's gymnastics competition at the Convention Center. Location was wonderful, because it was close to everything, but also quiet enough to rest easily there. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, danishes and waffles. Complimentary coffee and cookies 24/7. Staff was very nice and sent texts to my phone to see if I needed anything. Clean room, good Wifi, gym, and heated indoor pool! All for a great value without breaking the bank!

Just a personal preference, but I would have like to have bacon at breakfast.

Well worth the research for tge best hotel in Seviereville.

It was just perfect and the heated indoor pool was a real plus after a long drive. Breakfast was southern and delicious - biscuits and gravy, yum yum.

An overall disappointment.

The staff was very affable.

I had requested a mobility access (handicap) room. The room we were assigned had a bathtub with a two-foot high side; this was a jetted tub. There was no way I could get into the tub to take a shower. Further, the jets looked as if someone had tried to clean them; however, they "looked" dirty. None of this was a concern to my husband. We were told that since we had paid via a third party that we could not change rooms.

First the decaf coffee most of the time was cold 2nd the room was so full of dampness 3rd the bathroom sink was. Stuff we had to get under the sink fix the drain 4 th most disgusting a filthy spidery towels !! I unfolded to find it stained like urine disgusting 5th. Hardly saw anyone at front desk occasionally 6th could not get the room to get the humidity out of the room Should have video it all Worst Hampton Inn ever I always stay in a Hilton Hampton Didn’t feel safe with the latch So needless to say I won’t book online again

The pool and workout room was the best things abt this place

They charged us $150 when we left saying it smelled like smoke and we didn't smoke a thing in there¡ it already had a musty weird smell when we checked in but I didn't say anyt6due to me knowing they were full!

Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

The floor in our room was filthy. The bathtub was so slippery that my husband wrenched his back trying not to fall.

No bathroom lock caused an extra stress on a vacation weekend that was not needed.

The breakfast has a good variety, A+ for having potatoes. I did overhear the oatmeal takes a long time to cook so they only do one batch, so if you like oatmeal you have to get there early.

The bathroom door does NOT have a lock. We didn’t know this or expect this because it has never happened before and there were no previous reviews mentioning it. While it’s not a huge problem, it was a huge one for us so I just want to let anyone else that feels uncomfortable without a lock to know upfront before booking. The room felt a little small for the price we paid compared to other hotels that were cheaper, while it was nice to stay at a known higher quality hotel, we personally will not be staying here again.

Staff was wonderful!!!

The breakfast was excellent!!! The eggs were done perfectly!! The biscuits were very fresh and the gravy was very good. My husband said it was better than Cracker Barrel!!

We didn't care for the heavy covers on the beds. We couldn't just use a thin sheet or blanket.

Overall, it was a pretty good hotel that really was better than what I expected.

Everything was good. I was pleased with the bath and the check-in process was great.

Our bed was not good. It needs replacing. The mattress sinks in the middle.

You pay for location

We traveled there for a cheer competition and the location in relation to the competition was great. Also, there many other shops and eating establishments close to the location.

The bathroom shower was not good. The water didn’t get hot it was lukewarm regardless that you turned the handle all the way to the highest setting as well as the handle was in poor condition. The unit for the heating and cooling was also very noisy

Worn out beds!

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good

The mattresses were beyond worn out. They were sloped to the side from where so many people had slept on them. There was a huge hill in the middle of the bed and it was sloped towards the head of the bed putting my legs in a weird position. I tried swapping the mattress around to fix this but it made it worse so I had put it back the way it was. I have never stayed at a Hilton branded property with such bad beds.

Easy in and out

A few complaints about the room. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and drawers from the vanity were missing. When I went to shower the tub spout came off of the wall and the toilet did not flush properly. There were stains on the bed sheets also noticed the room was not well cleaned.
