A nice option, would stay again if needed.
Convenient location to attractions, clean, roomy, staff was super nice, everything you need all in one place.

Ok I guess but not staying here again
We liked it had a cute pool with a water slide. The other amenities looked fun. We weren’t able to use them because time of season.
ALL the added fees! $50.00 just to check out like other hotels! Check out was at 10:00 but for a low price of $50.00 you could get a late check out. The sheets had blood on them. The guy who worked there quickly changed it for us but still. We have our dishwasher but you have to buy your own dishwasher tabs! A few other things, but overall a hassle.

It just wasn’t a good experience for a long awaited holiday getaway.

I booked a while ago and made a request for it to be ready to check in at 4:00 and it wasn’t. I tried to show the lady at front desk my confirmation email and she said they didn’t make requests like that and didn’t even look at what I tried to show her. When we entered the room, it stunk so bad the whole time we were there. The next morning we saw two roaches on the walls and my kids were horrified! While we were in the hot tub, small children kept getting in unattended and then one pooped in the hot tub. We have stayed here a few times and have loved the water park but the second evening we were there, there wasn’t any lifeguards for two hours and the slides were closed. It was not a good experience to pay $1,000 for two nights of that.

I didn’t like the fact that the lighting in the parking lot was not working. I didn’t like the fact that it’s called a resort but there was really nothing to do but swim. And if you swim be careful at your own risk and don’t go down the yellow slide unless you want a trip to the er. And unruly gust knock on your door day and night young adults that it is and don’t bother telling the front desk they want really do much for you.

It was over all good. The Tiny thing didn’t out rule them. But it was annoying.
It was clean and comfortable, it was great for the kids!
I only had 2 issues that were just more of an inconvenience thing. But over all was good. The WiFi was terrible. There was disconnections for everyone in my room. The tvs were not able to stay connected. Then the pool room was so hot you could barely breathe in there.
