Location is wonderful for all activities we chose. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

We did not get to be on the upper floor as we normally do. We had problems with our door keys not working properly. The TV in our room was very dark, we should have requested another room but I had already unpacked everything when we realized there was a problem. Breakfast was not very good.

We stay here every single time and love it.

We love the Mountain View’s HOWEVER the light out on the balcony is annoying. You can’t turn it off. We would love to keep the blinds open and wake up to the beautiful sunrise but with the bright light you can’t. It shines in the room too bright. Even going out at night is a little annoying. I als wish they had full length mirrors. I’m 5 6 and can only see from my shoulders up in the Mirror

Nice hotel!! Our room was very spacious, and clean and we loved the outdoor patio, close enough to everything!

Parking lot was completely full the night we checked in. A uhaul truck carrying a trailer took up approx 8-10 parking spots. We had to make our own parking spot and inform front desk there was absolutely no parking spots left.

A great place to stay

The location of the hotel, close to everything, yet off of the busy parkway. The room was very roomy, if I had to complain, it would be that the air conditioner didn't circulate enough to cool the entire room. Was a little stuffy by the bed at the door.

I love that the breakfast had a lot of food options. The biscuits and gravy were spot on. Also loved the cheese omelettes. Room was very comfortable love that the shower had a lot of hot water and good pressure, beds were very comfortable. All staff members on duty were wonderful from check in to check out will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family !!!

The only downfall was there was no indoor pool or hot tub. Didn’t use the outdoor pool so I can’t rate it.

Location, staff was nice.

We found a used bandaid stuck to our sheets, along with dried blood right at 1AM. So that ruins the whole sleeping night, after calling and requesting new sheets, it wasn’t till 2AM going to sleep. I’m guessing the sheets were never changed. WiFi never worked, never gave the option of any WiFi besides a Tesla in the parking lot. Not sure on plug in situations and or water sprinklers didn’t have covers.

It worked. We got some rest and relaxation. What we were looking for on this trip,it wasn’t for us

For the most part the staff was fantastic. The pool was super dirty and not enough lounge chairs. Looking around the pool are, there is more room for 2-3 more. We usually get up early and come in at night. Enjoy watching a movie on tv. The TVs weren’t great. We couldn’t get to the HDMI either. You had to turn the volume way up to hear it. But since the walls are SOOO thin, the neighbors could hear it. We heard someone blow drying their hair at 5:45am. The light near the vanity was very dim. Even turning on the mirror “ring” light didn’t help. A dresser would be nice to put our clothes in. Not enough hangers in the closet. For certain reasons, i need privacy to get ready. There’s none of that if you need the mirror. Water pressure was GREAT. Bed was SOOO comfy. I’m sure this room is great for most people, it just wasn’t for us.

The location is unbeatable, no it’s not on the popular section of the strip, but that allowed for easier travel to and from without fighting traffic! The room layout was awesome for friends so you don’t feel like you’re sharing a bedroom together.

The A/C unit didn’t seem to be strong enough to cool the whole space and the split room design caused the furthest room to feel stuffy without its own unit or a fan. The beds, although exceptionally clean, just were uncomfortable.

We absolutely love staying here—it’s our go-to getaway spot! Since we live fairly close, we often take day trips to the area, but when we decide to stay overnight, this is always our top choice. The mountain views are simply breathtaking. We visited during the winter once and woke up to snow-covered peaks that looked like something out of a postcard. At night, you can step out onto the balcony and see the lights of the strip twinkling in the distance—it’s like having the peacefulness of the mountains and the fun of the city all in one place. The staff here is truly wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they make the whole experience feel easy and cared for. It really adds that extra touch of hospitality that keeps us coming back. As a family traveling with kids, we also really appreciate the split-room setup. It’s perfect—two TVs mean the kids can wind down with cartoons while we relax and catch up on our shows. It’s the little things that make all the difference. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast—it’s hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The biscuits are rich and buttery, the eggs are perfectly cheesy, and the coffee hits just right every single time.
