Location was good for the event we were attending

Continual barking dogs! I reported this to the front desk and their reply was to call the room! Also had to call from desk for a shower curtain for the tub, unacceptable on both counts.

The pool was all I can say anything good about our stay.

Advertised free WiFi , there was none available. Lady at front desk when I checked in was beyond rude. Called to ask about WiFi she bluntly said no WiFi and hung up on me. Breakfast was ice cold and extremely limited. Would rather it have not even been offered. Every single vending machine was out of water including the front desk. When the house keeper came by we asked for more towels, she didn’t have any so said she’d be back with them. Never came.

Very disappointing

We went and rented the room checked in left the room to go to dinner came back around five. The toilet had flooded all over the floor in the restroom went down. Told the staff immediately they never sent anyone up to the room to clean never sent maintenance said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We stayed in the room for the night with no access to the toilet the next day we spoke with the front desk again they told us to speak with the manager that was on 1227. It is now January 24. We have reached out to the manager at least five times left our phone number twice we’ve gotten no response. We also filed a grievance through Booking.com. They said that the hotel would get back with them within 48 hours. We still have not heard anything from anyone very disappointing very disappointed in the management that they can’t even respond. Not having a restroom and also not having anyone come and clean up or sterilize the room totally unsanitary. We put down towels to collect all of the water. We still would like to hear from management and we would like the one night refunded back to the card we are going to continue to try to reach out with Booking.com and also with the La Quinta until this gets resolved.

Disappointing.

I just want to warn everyone of the nastiness found at the La Quinta in Kodak, TN! My sister and I both got a room here and both are in the same poor condition. The pool is green and smells like wet dog and the chlorine level is absolutely so high that if you aren’t swimming it causes your eyes to burn, sneezing, and burns your chest just sitting in the chairs by the pool. It caused people’s eyes to burn and severe coughing. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The rooms are not cleaned properly and have a urine smell to them as well. We requested a refund and was denied by the front desk and the lady at the front desk is absolutely zero help and is plum rude and just rolls her eyes constantly at your complaints. Very disappointing to go on a vacation with your family just for you to end up in a situation like this!! My sister also got a room here and it is the absolute same as ours!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!! Also, when asking for a manager my sister and I was both told two different excuses and the front desk lady couldn’t call him for us to speak to him only gave us an email which we both sent separate emails only to get no responses. The front desk has been absolutely zero help as being told yesterday the manager would be here this morning to now they don’t know if the he will be here today or not! Since we’re getting no where with help, I thought I’d post to warn others and to save your money!!

Convenient to Dollywood. Unit’s heat system was quiet. The bed slept well. The unit was clean.

Good breakfast, but dirty

We liked the location.

Although we saw many cleaning staff, the room and hallways didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. It felt dirty and seemed room cleanings were rushed. Crumbs on the floor, the duvet on the bed didnt even have a covering.. it was just thrown on top. The toilet had pee around the base. It seemed that they only cleaned what was seen, not thorough at all.

it sucked!

Nothing! I booked a king. When I arrived, dogs everywhere. I'm deathly allergic. I requested a room that dogs and cats hadn't been in. I was moved into a double queen on a non pet floor. Surprise, dogs barking on my floor (3rd) Person at desk either lied or didn't know. I explained my allergy caused my lips and tongue to swell up, and can cut off my airway!!! Lady at front desk seemed indifferent. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. And to top it off, the cart used to move our luggage out, was covered with dog hair!

Front Desk Staff was very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Biscuits at the breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Work out room was clean and had lots of equipment.

The hallways, and elevators were very dirty. Spills, stains, and dirt all though out common areas. Exterior of the building appears new, but interior is very old/tired. My bed was very clean, but not comfortable.

Motel not hotel

The room was extremely clean. So clean that I smelled cleaning solution all night long.

Our room faced the street. We heard racing motorcycles and sirens off and on during the night. Short staffed and the breakfast ran out of eggs 20 minutes into the 6am service time and was never replaced. No protein options at all. Rice crispy or raisen bran for cereals. The food area where you eat had not been vacuumed in awhile. The bed springs squeaked when you turned over and I could hear the toilet flush from the neighbors. The room doors were solid and would make a loud bang when they closed on their own.

the staff was absolutely amazing! we booked our room late at night and they got us right in and made our stay fantastic. the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to choose from. the location was great for us, it only took 15 minutes to drive into pigeon forge and about 30 for downtown gatlinburg.

Definitely worth staying here

This was a great hotel for the mid-price range. Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean. Close enough to both Pigeon Forge and Jefferson City to make it a convenient spot. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area for my son's college football game.

Only complaint is how hot it was in the area where breakfast was laid out. There was no ventilation in that room. And they could have done a little better at keeping breakfast items stocked instead of sitting in the back hanging out. But other than that, it was a typical hotel breakfast spread.

Very great stay

Location is good, we like to be out of the craziness of the strip. This place is usually very clean. They have indoor and outdoor pool. We haven't used these but they look nice. The breakfast is pretty good for hotel.

One elevator was out and it took forever to get to our floor and back on 4th floor. There must have been a Birthday party for a kid and lots of families were there in the lobby going up and down.
