Bed/Bedding, Room size were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful both day and evening shifts. The soaps, shampoo, condition an d shower gel was perfect.
Monday thru Wednesday there was no hot water, however, they were aware and had a contractor to fix the problem.

I loved everything from the staffing to the customer service to the amenities they offer.
What I didn't like was we booked 2 days' stay. I wanted to book longer, but unfortunately, they provided cold showers since ive first came. No refund, The breakfast wasn't really much choice im grateful that they served good breakfast it felt like I was at McDonald's. I wish they told us before we finished booked in paid that there's no hot water and let alone to keep us informed.
