We did no damage but, they do require a damage deposit up front for your stay. We made sure everything was cleaned and that nothing got damaged. I think they should require a damage deposit if something does get damaged.

Overall it was good because we had a good location. Just shower and parking sucked so bad.

Very close to everything. Pretty fall colors every where around.

The shower stall in 1 bedroom suite was awful. No room and water would go everywhere. Had to spend several minutes cleaning up water due to the setup each morning. Really bad experience with the shower over all. No bath alternative either. Also, parking was awful. Must have been a very busy week. We had to park several buildings away from our building.

Did not have a balcony although one was pictured on website where I made reservation. Constant dripping of bathroom faucet and absolutely NO counter space in kitchen or bathroom

We love Wyndham resorts, this one was a great value for everything you get.

The activity centers were very nice. Close proximity to Dollywood was great.

The appliances in our condo were very old. They weren’t dirty, but their rundown appearance made the room appear dirty. Also, their was a strong perfume like fragrance which pumped through the HVAC ducts. It was unpleasant and led you to believe they were attempting to mask a foul odor.

Lovely area, beautiful buildings. Nice unit with clean and comfortable bedding. Coffee and toiletries supplied.

Stayed in a unit that was below street level entrance. Patio was ground level, with open railing, surrounded by trees, no view. Not comfortable sitting outside. Bathroom fixtures need updating. Difficult to reach dishes, awkward storage location. No tea kettle.

- after we checked in we were trying to get our keys and the staff were extremely rude. One woman kept getting snappy because we didn’t want tickets and denied the time share dinner. - smells like trash everywhere - master bedroom hot - master bathroom had multiple issues : 1. shower door would not close 2.shelf in shower fell off wall and onto me during shower 3. sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close - if you ask for anything be prepared to wait for hours
